I met Mirasty, seems to be very mature and kind for the type of role that he plays. Great personality and has time for the fans.

I am a nobody from Jon's home town. I go to the gym everyday and see Jon everyday at the gym. I seen him every day all summer and he did not get huge in just this or any of the past 3 summers I have been going to the gym. The statement that he had a huge body change is wrong and probably slanderous. He works VERY hard in the gym every day. His strength gains this summer are completely in line with how hard he worked no more no less. He did cut some weight this summer and looked in great shape to start the season.

I agree. My daughter is absolutely beautiful and she married a wonderful man and a great father. I could not ask for a better son in-law. He is a very Humble man and he definately deserves to go to NHL. Awesome Fighter

Very nice young man. I went to a Player Appearance where he treated my 5 year old son great. No wonder why he is the most popular player with the Syracuse Crunch in franchise history.

He has guts but his best days are well behind him. I saw a much smaller Matt Clackson beat him like a rented mule last season on a few occasions. An enforcer who can no longer play the role is a dead roster spot. Time to hang em up big guy. Sad to see you go.

I am his mom. Trust me. And his mother knows him better than anybody else. He loves hockey and hockey fights. He loves his wife and most of all he loves his son. He stays in shape to support his family. Be happy that you get to see a guy give his best to fight and fight well.

People should worry about their own lives. Just because he plays hockey, does not mean his life is meant to be put on blast. Steroids is not the only way to be "bigger" than someone, sorry buddy. Married, great father, respectable guy on and off the ice.

The freakin guy got bigger then me in one summer, so u say he does not take steroids he was a great hockey player before roids, thats the truth i saw him with my own 2 eyes. feel sorry for him in the long run. sorry man.

Seriously guys? He does not take steriods, that is stupid, in fact why would he take it ? It would bring his health down. He's married to his wife Janessa. Dont bring him down and what not, he's just playing hockey. Nothings wrong with him, if hes bad at fighting then dont say he sucks, thats just rude. Act your age.

jon is exctly wat the nhl needs, unfortunately his breed are being forced out and only the best skaters are required even for scrapping.

and yes he is only steroids on the off season all fighters are in the minors and majors. the pressure is too high to lose strength and size and aggression
