Too bad that knee injury turned out to be far worse than was reported. Hope your plans for life after hockey work out. All it will take is one well placed hit and it's back to the family farm. Wish you all the best... Guard those knees.

Nolan is back from his knee surgery and is doing very well. he is the captain for the admirals this year.

I think Nolans nickname should be "the enforcer". There actually is a definition in the "hockey dictionary". It says-also called police-a player who gets the most penalties. His job is to protect his fellow players from harm. A player who is not afraid of ANY fight!!!! That's Nolan all the way!!!!
