Huge respect for David Ferrer and he ran Roger so close in Cincinnati, actually he was in a prime position to win it, he was 3-1 up in the third set decider, David made errors and Fed capitalised. Great to watch, ferocious intensity. |

I just watched David Ferrer play against Wawrinka and Cilic in Cincinnati and he is the real deal, and the most fun watch out of the top 50 possibly excluding Nadal and Federer, but right up there if not more fun. He runs for everything and wears people down with his intensity and he gets into his matches where as a few players I watched just go through the motions. After seeing him play live I have tons of respect for him and will love to see him play as often as I can. |
