Andy= Massive Suckage. His Suck-factor is off the chart. He Sucks more than all that has Sucked before. What a dipshit. Why do you think AMEX dumped his goofy ass? That drop shot attempt at 6-5 in the tiebreak was more suck in effect. He was totally controlling the point then just suddenly hands the point to Djokovic. That's what happens when you can't do anything on an elite level other than hit serves and forehands hard. Blake and Roddick are total jokes. The fact that they are both ranked in the top 10 tells you how weak the sport of tennis is right now. |

I've always tried to be a fan of Roddick. He just disappoints you every time in the end by sucking. |

The way he blew that 5-4 lead on serve in the 4th set against Djokovic is evidence of massive suckage. He played that game like he's never been in a pressure situation before. Over-hitting, no control over himself, etc... Andy Roddick = one-dimensional scrub |

I think Roddick's got it figured out. He probably realizes he'll never crack into the top 2 or 3 in the rankings anymore. So, he works to make it to the quarters or semis in major tournaments so he can remain the best American tennis player. He uses that fame to date the hottest or most famous women out there. Remember when Agassi did the same? Agassi had all the talent though and decided to turn it around late in his career. Roddick won't be that lucky. |

Not quick, not nimble or agile. All important tennis qualities. When he plays Federer it's like a bull and a matador... Andy's power gets turned against him. He's too heavy to get around the court very well and has slow reflexes. He would be better as a pitcher in baseball. |

Roddick is very one-dimensional. Depends soley on his serve. Just as the one post stated...once an opponent has it figured out - which usually takes 1 round or two - he is sept aside like yesterday's trash. One of the most overrated players on the court today. He wants to be considered one of the best - just a notch below Federer or Nadal - you must work hard for that - he is so far from those players and probably 5 others right now. I would also put James Blake in this category with Roddick but Roddick actually believes he is one of the best in the world right now and needs not to do anything differently, Blake is trying to improve his overall game. RODDICK - GAME, SET, MATCH - you're gone from Wimbledon! |

So I saw a headline re top seed loses at Wimbledon and I immediately knew it was Roddick. It can no longer be considered an upset when he loses early in a major tournament. The guy just plain sucks. Granted, he's f*cking gorgeous but he's a terrible player. |

Roddick is the most over-rated, one dimensional player out there. He just got beaten by Tipsarevic in the 2nd round. Pathetic. He boasts about how easily he can hold his serve, but once a worthy opponent (anyone in the top 30 with half a brain) figures out how to return, they inevitably will get a crack at breaking him. It took Janko a set to figure out a way to do this, and, inevitably, Roddick's game cracked. A big serve is not the only asset one needs to be a successful tennis player. Jimbo left at the right time. |
