I think Barry Hall is wonderfully and hes cheekiness is just part of who is is. He is a very gutsy and I cant help but admire hes spirit. Everybody deserves a second chance and he is really trying hard. He makes watching football alot more interesting. Fed up with everybody bagging him let go of the past he is a fantastic player.

I cannot understand why Barry was punished when he was definitely the victim. To deliberately bump a man when he isn't looking, just tying his laces, is a dirty thing to do. They hunt him in packs and are not punished enough. They get away with it because of Barry's reputation.

When it became apparent that Barry Hall was out of the Swans, I lived in fear that the Magpies would consider him... but I had faith in Mick Malthouse - and he did me right... Barry is the foulest, most disgusting, bullish, feral, horrid, ugly, offensive, despicable, eroneous, atrocious, unpredictable, and NASTY piece of work and I am extremely glad he is not in the Magpies.

I thought Barry was a stand up guy until my 8 year old son and I saw him walking down the street where we said hello to him. Our reply from him was a glaring "hmmph" and our presence being dismissed as he turned his back on us and walked away. At that time he had no tribunal appearances pending or his antics weren't in question. My son was quite disheartened that he didn't give us the courtesy of a reply or even a nod to acknowledge us.
We do not dislike any team in the AFL however when the Sydney Swans play we always favour their opponents after this incident. Seems he always justifies his antics on the spur of the moment - a person with anger management like his as a role model for others is definitely not a good thing.
