She's a normal girl - I know her. GSP is a personal guy if his coach and manager know they are not going to say anything to anyone they do not trust.
I highly doubt Jonathan C will tell someone (like the person who claims she's close to GSP's circle) that he does have one. GSP is like that. He keeps it all on the down-lo. If you-- yourself are not part of his close knit group -- they are not gonna tell you squat. His personal live is private beyond means.
