I agree. The NHL is not the same without him. He always made the games much more interesting even though he hasn't been the same since that Stevens hit.

I don't know how long Chelios have been involved with the PA. But I haven't heard much about him in the PA mess. It was more about Eric, Buzzgrove, Penny ,Healy and Kelly of course.

He DESERVES to go in. The guy dominated hockey during the 90's. I would really be angry and upset if they wouldn't allow him to go in.

To me the story about Lindros and Brind'Amour's wife is a fairy tale. Why? Because Brindy always defended Eric even AFTER this so called affair. This is a tale made up by angry fans who just couldn't stand Brindy was leaving. Brindy said last year he understood Eric left the Flyers and he always supported him. Would you do this if a player slept with your wife? It also has been said Brindy slept with Eric's girlfriend. Just fans fairy-tales. There never has been evidence Eric or Rod did this. And Eric never played with Chelios in a team so.........

This is a huge mess which never seems to end. There are always two sides of a story. So far we have heard the side of Kelly and co long enough. Now it is time we hear about Eric's side. We need evidence. They say emails have been hacked but none of them showed evidence this REALLY happened. If they are so quick with pointing their finger at someone (in this case Eric) they must also show evidence. BUT I do wish Eric would at least say something.

I think they should look better before they take people into the HHoF committee. If Kelly has a problem with Eric and will not allow him to get in there is something very wrong. They should leave all personal hatred and disagreements outside and look at a player AS A PLAYER. I mean Eric has done so many great things for the Flyers and team Canada. Maybe it's time people look at Kelly more closely.

Yes, I belong to those who absolutely love him so I would say he should be in without a doubt. If you leave everything off the ice out you will see a very dominant player. If you talk about the 90's you talk about Lindros. He was feared all over the League. So it shouldn't even be a question if he will get in. I think he deserves it without a doubt.

Yeah but they all blame each other. It's time they all shut up and do something. It doesn't do any good to the NHL in general when the PA is fighting like cats and dogs. There will be more unanswered questions than answers

This is like a soap opera. So Mr Penny is leaving as well? Oh.....I won't doubt Eric's name will be mentioned in this as well. To me it seems like it's one big mess and I doubt if everybody involved is clean. They all seem to have cut their fingers and now they look for a reason to cover it up.
