He plead "no contest" aka "guilty"to False Imprisonment with Violence? The guy's sperm was found in her anus at hospital.They added the Violence to the plea agreement for a reason

Just because a charge is brought up against someone does NOT mean they are what the charges say. It is the reason we have court systems. I hope you all are never put in the situation of being accused and made into something evil without the ability to defend yourself.
