Nobody is talking about him anymore. Should def has stayed with RB. Don't think he'll ever recover.

I can only agree, he's blowing it in all races now and not even getting a better place than P12. Most of the time dnf by his own fault, not even the engine's error as he never reaches the finish except for two times this year. It's horrible and this can be the end of Daniel Ricciardo at least in F1. Maybe e-car racing suits him better.

That's cause he's a likable guy, generally, though the "woe is me" complaining about Red Bull is petty and pathetic.  His career will die at Renault when he can't beat Hulkenburg.

He is a big whinery (Danny Ric) and he's HIGHLY overrated, most overrated guy on the grid.

Riccardo is the 3rd best F1 driver and almost as good as Hamilton and Vettel .... Verstappen is an F1 "L PLATE" driver who is still brash & very careless. Daniel may never win the F1 title as its a very competitive era and Verstappen no doubt will when Hamilton, Vettel, Riccardo retire. But , at the minute, he is not as good as his team mate.

I told you that Renault engines were worse than Honda's are, just look at Bahrain 2018

To me it looks like the 2018 RedBull will be behind Ferrari and Mercedes, just wait till they get Honda power in 2019

Congratulaions DANIEL!!!, but Renault still sucks, just ask Max what he thinks of them!!

Hey Daniel: Is it true that; RENAULT SUCKS! Let's just ask the resident human ski-slope Alain Prost, Alain?

Good Job Daniel despite those sh!tty Renault engines. You must get away from RBR if you want to win a Championship. Mercedes and Ferrari (the best engines) will never supply these guys after their openly hostile criticism of Renault in the media during 2016!

Prost still busy pickin' his nose!!!
Reply-to:Reason why Renault sucks?PROST, and they rehired the toad after he blamed the Renault team publicly after losing the 1983 Championship. Now could a team that stupid be trusted to make a bold, real and major step forward after hiring this lump of sh!t! Real men in racing never publicly air their dirty laundry and blame the team. NEVER!!!

They must be stupid; after all they hired Jolyon, and look at who he's turning out? Just ask the Renault-team mechanics,....

Ricciardo wants Renault update sooner
April 7, 2017
Daniel Ricciardo of Australia and Red Bull Racing poses for a portrait during previews to the Australian Formula One Grand Prix at Albert Park on March 23, 2017 in Melbourne, Australia.
Apr.7 - Daniel Ricciardo has admitted he hopes Renault pushes through a scheduled engine upgrade to get Red Bull back on track in 2017.
But the Australian admitted that Red Bull's new chassis is also not yet a match for Mercedes and Ferrari, although his boss Christian Horner says upgrades in China are "looking promising".
Ricciardo denied that the big problem with the Red Bull is the loss of a 'trick' suspension system.
"I don't think so," he said in Shanghai. "And the team doesn't think so.
"It seems to me, and I think it's true for Max (Verstappen) as well, that we can't attack the corners as aggressively as Ferrari and Mercedes can," Ricciardo added.
But he also said a major upgrade from Renault will help, even if the scheduled introduction date is not until June's Canadian grand prix.
"It would be nice if we get it at least the race before, but if we get it in Canada, we get it in Canada. But you always want to make it happen as soon as possible," Ricciardo added.

Renault won't introduce upgraded engine until Montreal, now I ask Mr. Alain Prost, Renault's resident mouthpiece and propaganda artist whether this upgrade will make Renault as competitive as the 2016 Ferrari powerplant or can we expect more of the same in happened in Australia, remember , "Ferrari are not ready to win" lol...., well Mr. Prost?
