Versus has a great collection of NHL Playoff commercials up on YouTube.
This morning, Talk-Sports 1 week average Alexa ranking broke thru the 50,000 level to 48,374. We broke 100,000 just a couple months back. That's growth!

This week, we added forums for all the AAA, AA and most A ball teams.
We have 4 tickets to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Test session at Pocono raceway on May 27th, 28th. Please send us an email (randy@kbcafe.com) to enter a draw to win the tickets. Paid and registered talk-sports members will be given preference when determining the winner. Please also indicate how many tickets you want, as we would prefer to distribute the tickets to more than one member. Thanks!
Today, we agreed with Sinuate Media to promote the NHL Playoffs on Versus and Versus content. You'll find a Versus banner at the top of all the NHL pages for the month of May. Enjoy!
In addition to updating all the MLB rosters, we added all the International Leage teams to our database. In the coming days, we'll also be adding all minor league baseball teams.
dnScoop now values Talk-Sports at $91,778. I still think it's worth 10 times that.
I just noticed the Alexa website ranking for talk-sports.net jumped 30k to 59,754. Quite a jump. I was really surprised. Turns out that Alexa changed the way they do the rankings to better reflect real user surfing behavior.

TSN's Off The Record show is the worst sports talk show ever. I'll watch pretty much anything sports all-day, but TSN has turned sports into an Oprah-like talk show. I have to taste my own vomit when I accidently watch it for 5 seconds. Who the hell watches that crap?
Chad Kilger breaking Al Iafrate's record for the hardest shot.
Talk-Sports broke the top 20,000 websites in the U.S. at Amazon's website ranking service; Alexa. It's now 19,659.

As Talk-Sports has grown rapidly over the last few months, more and more links were being posted by NHL fans on the NHL fan forum websites. Today, I noticed that many of the links were deleted. It appears that many NHL fan forums run by the league are now removing all links to Talk-Sports.net.
Update: A moderator provided a reason why he was deleting the links; they violated their terms as my website had foul language. I reviewed their terms and couldn't find anything about linking to sites that had foul language. I responded to the moderator and also mentioned that the language on my site is no different than other forums on google.com and yahoo.com. Their response was to delete all the posts on this subject, including their own. Wow! They are spooked.
This morning, I created fan forums for all the WNBA players.
So, Ottawa GM Bryan Murray thinks the hit by Mark Bell on Daniel Alfredsson was dirty. Last year, he laughed at the thought that the exact same hit by Chris Neil on Chris Drury was not. Watch these two exactly similar hits. When it happens to his team, it's clean, but when it's against his team, it's dirty.
Overnight, we added fan forums for all the WTA women tennis players.
Overnight, we added fan forums for all the LPGA lady golfers.
