Talk-Sports is now giving away IPod Touches and much more to anybody that sends us a pick of them holding a poster with the Talk-Sports logo on it at NHL or NBA playoff games. The 1st to send us a video clip of them will get the IPod Touch. All other submissions will receive Talk-Sports and sports swag. We will also give free bronze memberships for all such submissions, including regular season MLB and minor league baseball games.

Michelle Torbor suing Talk-Sports?

Michelle Torbor, founder of Pink Playbook Inc. and wife of Miami Dolphins linebacker Reggie Torbor has threatened to sue Talk-Sports if the Reggie Torbor forum is not immediately removed. Her lawyers need an editor as the letter dated April 29th requested that we comply by March 3rd 2010. We responded that we'll remove the forum next time the date is March 3rd 2010.

Terrence Wheatley's Privacy Rights

This week, I received an email from Terrence Wheatley's general counsel informing us that they believe that Talk-Sports' Terrence Wheatley's Girlfriend Forum violates his privacy rights, that it is actionable in court and they reserve the right to take such legal action. Terrence plays for the New England Patriots.
