Who is Channing Sleete?

@channingsleete saaaangria...ooooh yeaaaaa on TwitpicChanning is a girl from Michigan who is accused of creating the Jillian Domani facebook profile and using the profile to have phone sex and sext with dozens of guys. She also distributed NSFW photos of these guys to her online girlfriends like Mellisa Johnson.

She created the Jillian Domani profile from photos of another girl, whose identity I'll leave out at her request. She created a bf for Jillian named Ryan from pics of this other girls bf. She also create numerous other identities using photos of other people.

She claimed  to live in Chicago and to be dating Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane. She would photoshop pictures of Jillian with Toews and Kane to solidify her story. She friended profiles for Toews, Kane and many other famous athletes on facebook, but most were fake and she may have created some herself. She also claimed to date Jesse Lacey from the band Brand New, Jeff Baker of the Cubs and Rick Porcello of the Tigers.

A few years back, Channing had a major crush on a boy from a band. This boy rejected her, but her crush didn't stop there. She created an online profile of a girl that she thought this boy might like; the Jillian profile. She connected online with him and they began an online-virtual relationship. Unfortunately, it didn't stop there, she continued using the profile to befriend other girls and to have phone sex and sext with boys. It snowballed into what became the Jillian profile.

Jillian Domani is a Fake

Of late, someone calling herself Jillian Domani has been posting on Facebook, Formspring and Talk-Sports that she was dating several high profile athletes. She often posted on the Jonathan Toews girlfriend forum [http://www.talk-sports.net/nhl/girlfriend.aspx/Jonathan_Toews] that she dated Toews and his teammate; Patrick Kane. She appears to have created an elaborate network of friends who like to discuss the relationship status of athletes on Talk-Sports. She also befriended me and created fake profiles for her boyfriends and close friends. She even texted and called many of her Facebook friends from a 312 area code.

Some posters investigated and found that she had stolen her pics from a girl living in Austin, Texas. The girl, whose identity was stolen, contacted me on Facebook. I asked her to accept my FB friendship so that I may determine if she was a fake. I reviewed her FB account. She has pics and wall posts dating back more than a year. She has an elorate connection of real friends who have been tagged in a very large set of photographs. It's impossible for me to believe that this Texas girl could have created such a detailed FB account for more than a year, simply to discredit Jillian. As such, I have believe that Jillian stole her identity and created a completely fake profile.

When it became public information that she may have stolen the pics she claimed were her own, Jillian changed her FB profile name to Jillyun Ruhnay. She once told me that Rene was her middle name. You can still find her FB profile [http://www.facebook.com/saeeeglopur], but it is now completely private and she has unfriended myself and nearly all others. About two dozen girls have now contacted me and told me similar stories about their relationship online with Jillian. Many of the girls claimed to have established a very close relationship with Jillian online and over the phone. When pressed to meet her online friends, she always devised an excuse not to meet up. She claimed she had cystic fibrosis and was a medical student.

Closing Your Girlfriend Forum

I continue to get more and more request from athletes to have their girlfriend forums on Talk-Sports closed permanently. Many have offered cash, but I don't feel right about taking money to close forums. That could be construed as extortion. I have decided that any player may get their girlfriend forum replaced by a video of the player talking to their Talk-Sports fans.

Video guidelines

Send the video to webmaster@talk-sports.net. When we verify the authenticity and approve the content, then we will upload the video to the Talk-Sports YouTube profile (http://www.youtube.com/user/talksportsnet) and embed the video on the girlfriend webpage. Comments will be disabled from this webpage and users will be redirected to the fan forum.

BEST, NFL Players and LaRon Landry

I have received emails and letters sent from BEST, an agency representing athletes and NFL Players. They are threatening legal action against Talk-Sports.com for comments on our website and they discuss measures they will take to shutdown Talk-Sports.com. In addition, they have acted upon one of the measures. The emails were sent on behalf of LaRon Landry, an NFL player.

The emails have included a letter from the NFL Players (the players union) to Rapid Spiral Development Inc., the owner of Talk-Sports.com. The letter was supposedly faxed and mailed first class to Rapid Spiral. Rapid Spiral has never had a fax, we do not recall ever receiving the letter, nor do we have such a letter on file. The letter from NFL Players may be fraudulent. We have emailed Tim Christine (Directory of Security) and Tom DePaso (Regional Director) of the NFL Players Association to verify the authenticity of the letter. Neither has responded.

We can only assume from their actions and inactions that BEST and NFL Players are attempting to have Talk-Sports.com shutdown. We have no choice at this time, but to suspend our free bronze membership program for all NFL players. We will send this blog entry as an email to all the affected players.

Cliffside Malibu
For you high-paid athletes that read this blog and especially for your wives who might be under the influence, check out Cliffside Malibu, a Drug Treatment Center, Alcohol Rehab Center and Drug Detox Center. It's located north of Zuma Beach with 2 acres of land overlooking the Pacific ocean. The pics of the center and rooms are absolute gorgeous. Check out their website and you'll find dozens of pictures taken throughout It looks more like a cottage country resort in Wisconsin, than a rehab center in Malibu. This place has everything, including psychologists, psychiatrist, equine therapist, personal trainers, chefs, residential advisers, acupuncturists, herbologists, massage therapists, holistic medicine practitioners, even a spiritual advisor. They encourage residents to maintain a yoga regiment, so if you like yoga and have a drug problem, then this is the place for you.

They run a blog on the website which is more than a year old and updated frequently. Subscribe to their RSS feed, if you want updates. And don't worry, they have wireless Internet access so you can still read your forums. I wonder if they have a Talk-Sports rehab program for athletes that just can't get enough of their crazy fans?

Ready to check in? Go to their Admission web page or call them at 1-800-501-1988.

Warrick Dunn and CAA

Four times via email and once via snail-mail, I have received the following cease and desist order from Warrick Dunn's agents at CAA Sports (see link below).

http://www.talk-sports.net/DunnCeaseandDesist092408.pdf

They claim I'm not allowed to use Warrick Dunn's name and picture without his permission. They also claim to be lawyers. I responded six months ago with "I suggest you talk to a lawyer. Your interpretation of the law is wrong." This got rid of them for six months, but they are back. I really have to wonder if Warrick Dunn is getting proper legal advice and if his lawyers are just trying to accumulate billable hours against their client.

I've also found out that CAA and Denise White work together in some manner. If you don't remember Denise, then click on the following link and read.

http://www.talk-sports.net/game/?guid=20080806014708

I can only assume that the sub-industry of serving wealthy sports athletes is thriving. Do these athletes really think they are being properly served? I deal with hundreds of agents every month and most all are reasonable people. I can usually satisfy any concern an athlete has very quickly. At other times, the agents seem more interested in wasting every body's time than accomplishing anything. Hopefully Warrick reads this.

Your People

Being the creator and owner of the Talk-Sports website, I find myself of late dealing mostly with athletes, their agents and their friends. It's become very obvious to me that your people define you, especially the perception of you. Most people who email me are very friendly and understand that I'm running a sports website and trying my hardest to weigh the concerns of the athlete against the will of the fans. It's a very difficult task that requires me to decide which of the thousands of comments posted today cross the line and should be deleted. Figuring out which comments is the most difficult task, but fortunately we have 127 moderators right now that help me and hundreds of others than send me emails pointing me to the worst of the posts.

Then there are the 5% that ruin it for everybody else. First they ask that I delete a comment or two, which I do, because it's easier for me to do it, then to deal with the questions of why I can't. After they realize I'm acting on their requests (I've given them an inch), they ask for the world (want a mile). Not only do they want me to delete the comments on their athletes blog that are abusive, but now they want me to delete the comments from legit fans who simply say "He's the best." When I refuse? They threaten to sue me. BTW, total days in court yet equals zero.

Enter Denise White. Publicist for many athletes like Antonio Gates and Shaun Phillips. She has to be the worst agent (no publicist) that I've ever encountered. After one encounter over Antonio Gates blog that went very well, she now has gone over the edge with Shaun Phillips. It was unacceptable that I delete the abusive post on Shaun's blog. I had to remove all of Mr. Phillips blogs or they would sue me. In fact, she didn't really threaten to sue, she threatened to empty my wallet in lawyer fees. So, even though I was willing to delete any post she ask, I was gonna get my ass sued, if I didn't remove the non-abusive posts from fans that wanted to tell Shaun how much they loved him.

When I investigated Shaun's blog, I found that Denise was the author of most all the recent comments, of which, most all were lies. At this point, I had to wonder about Denise's motives. Some have suggested she's trying to create publicity for her client, thru my website. Others have suggested she's trying to validate her price to Shaun.

I'm not gonna validate Denise by pointing to her website, but I will mention that she claims to provide services beyond that of an agent. One of her advertised services is providing Internet websites, like Shaun Phillip's site. Check it out!

http://spf95.com/

The website is a complete joke. Shaun should fire her for this alone. The website presents 9 major pages and more than half of those pages are completely empty. He needed a publicist to create a dead website?

Anyhow, in the last week, I've received about 6-10 threatening phone calls and more than a dozen threatening emails from her. Finally, a couple of Shaun's friends emailed me with his personal email address so that I could make certain he was aware of the ongoings. I emailed Shaun and hopefully he'll get back to me or at least muzzle her.

Back to my point. Your people define you. If you have a publicist going around threatening people, then you likely aren't gonna have a great public image, because people like me simply aren't gonna read your emails or take your phone calls or take you seriously. Make certain you surround yourself with good people or you'll be in the same boat as Shaun.

Gold-Silver-Bronze Members

In the next couple weeks, we are introducing Gold, Silver and Bronze memberships for the talk-sports website. We're introducing these new membership plans in an attempt to cut down on the inappropriate comments. People who don't have a special membership will be limited to how many times they can post. People who have special membership can post more often and may also delete comments from other users to help me moderate the site. Nothing is set in stone, but bronze members will likely be allowed to delete 10 comments per month, silver 100 per month and gold 1000 per month. Any athletes who have forums on talk-sports can have a bronze membership for free. Any athlete that creates a YouTube video where they mention talk-sports can have a silver membership for free. The price of the membership will be small; $5 for bronze, $10 for silver and $20 for gold. Several of the athletes who already post and visit the site have already agreed to be part of our Beta bronze members; for free of course.

http://www.talk-sports.net/upgrade.aspx

Update: We're giving away bronze memberships for free. Get them while they last.
