Dawn Coe-Jones was born in Campbell River, B.C. on October 19, 1960. Her family moved to Lake Cowichan and she began playing golf at the age of 12 at March Meadows Golf Course.

Dawn, it was such a pleasure to meet you and have some laughs at the Canadian Open this year.  You truly are a special person and I have listened to your words in my Ty-Tzu business and I am doing very well.  Before every meeting I think of what you said to me and that is That you have the best product and that you believe in yourself.  I have done that thanks to you.  That is the impact you had on me...I just wanted to let you know that.  Hope all is well with you and your family.  I guess hockey is starting now for you...Good luck to all of you.  Nice to talk to you and I hope you get to read this..

All the best,

Joanne Stacey

Dawn, I've admired your career from up close and from afar for many, many years.  If it weren't for a certain national champion hockey player once nicknamed 'the snipa' (sniper in a Jersey accent) you'd be my favourite athlete of all time.

Beese
