| Qualls blows save against Astros in Philly on Feb 15th. I am sure Philly fan digged that. He starts the season strong but is retrogressing back to his pattern of sucking. |

Even though I think his ERA is lower than when he was in Houston, I just feel we're going to him way too much. He's 2 and 6 and I think we should use Cruz more. |
