If he wins it - great. If he doesnt win it - do we really care? Probably not. Were going to love him either way. Hes a member of the 30-30 club and thats downright tremendous.Lots of people know baseball but an important part of that knowledge is being informed. Jacobys stock greatly increased after his performance in New York. Thats where the MVP talk is especially coming from. Why put an insult in there? Like people on this board dont know baseball. Insulting people is a good way to ruin your credibility.

Is anyone still reading Red Sox news? I'm not. I stopped last Wednesday. It was overwhelming me. On TV, when the sports news comes up I change the channel. Don't read newspaper sports anymore. Stopped listening to sports radio. I skip all of it online too. My only conclusion is that Terry Francona is a class act.

Who are the top two ?, Whats so Insulting about It we have lost Terry and probably Theo. Judging from there comments and the owners comments. There not at all pleased with the players conduct.

It is. It's extraordinary. I read in the Herald or the Globe, can't remember which one, that Jacoby didn't socialize much in the clubhouse this season. He had leftover bad feelings from Youkilis's public criticism of him last year- the broken ribs thing. Youk ought to stifle himself. He was injured this year plus he's getting up there in age. He batted 258 tho the underlying sports hernia may have contributed to that.

I have googled It and looked at the history of the award. and the criterias of the award. Have you ?. Why do you call somebodies opinon arguementive, and ready to jump on somebody who disagrees. I'm from Hartford and use to be a Redsox fan. I am no longer because of what this team and fans have become. disrespectful and attacking any opinon that disagress with them. No wonder your losing so many key people.
