He played way above his head at the start of the season.....his true pitching ability is being seen in the last part of the season. I agree with most of the other's comments combined: he gives up inherited runs, his own runs, is force in his pressence, and I not only cringe when he comes in, I get angry. The guy SUCKS. |

Delcarmen obviously does not have stamina. He gets worse over the long season. Some one put him on HGH so he can recover more quickly (but what if he is already on it? Oh no...)

I'm not a pro ball player by any means, but when this guy steps on the mound he has no dominating prescience whatsoever. No killer instinct. Very lackluster very weak pitcher. Nice job Manny, way to show the heart; the Pirates and Nationals are waiting for your services. |

Im so sick of seeing this guy blow games. Lets look at 9/21/09. Blew the damn game against the Royals. YOU SUCK. Every time you come in the game you give up RUNS. WTFFFFF AAAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHH

manny del carmen...your stuff is average....you seem to like giving up inherited runners to score...and then adding some of your own on base and scoring.....its frustrating watching terry put you out there...your a pro mlb player why dont u play like it and stop hurting the nation |

Terry keeps using him, but in fairness to Terry, Theo keeps him on the team. The guy is so inconsistent. I can't see why Terry has enough confidence in him to put him in tight spots. Of course, it may have been less tight last night (big games against Rays on 9/2 if Terry had pinch hit Lowell for Tek with the bases loaded (and against a pitcher he had a .500 average against). I love Terry, but he sucks as a bench manager sometimes. |

Manny Delcarmen you are terrible, you are one of the worst pitchers I have scene. You just came in against the rays on september 2nd we were down by 1 run when you came in in the 8th. Guess what Delcarmen gave up a 2 run homer soon as he came in. Get this guy out of here |

Manny D gives always allows inherited runners to score. He sucks and today he gave up a run in the 8th put us further behind and we still won thanks to papis 3 run homer. Delcarmen help ur teammates out and hold some runners.
