When are people going to point out that the RBIs and Homers don't mean zip, if they're in about 85% of their LOST GAMES? He's THE MOST OVERRATED and blood ineffectual player that they've got, and no empty stats that don't take into account the lost games that he only ever hits in, are going to change that fact. Ya'll need to remember who REALLY carried them to the World Series last year. CHASE UTLEY did ALL of the work and got none of the credit, while Howard had 4 and half months downtime. You don't think that PuHOES takes steroids? Give me a break. Nobody actually really cares if someone takes steroids, so you don't really have a point. They knew that A-Rod was taking them YEARS ago and they didn't do a mother-f**cking thing to him. PuHOES is just another overrated POS. He NEVER deserved the MVP award and neither did Ryan Howard, so I guess that makes them even. Maybe when the "Sport" starts to be fair then people can actually take the sport seriously. |

Impossible to count on. Groundout, strikeout, strikeout, a sac-fly and a homer don't make you great! Just a sad strong guy with pop but no brain. I mean he should've at least learned to TAKE some pitches by now, even if he can't read them. Why would you EVER throw a strike to this guy? All ya gotta do is throw balls. Either ya strike him out (prob on 3 successive pitches), ya walk him (better than giving up the long ball) or he makes contact and it's a fly ball. He only hits dingers when you throw him strikes! |

He certainly doesn't suck, alot of these comments are from crybaby Mets fans. I will admit though, that he's a strikeout machine, but his league-leading RBIs AND homers more than make up for that. |

Howard hit a pussy ass 248..... wtf is that? pujols always has more walks than strikeouts, while Howard's strikeouts double his walks, just look at the stats if you guys want stats, or look at the team around pujols....... only ludwick you retards...... he always strikes out in key situations. tonight he swung on two pitches that were way out of the zone. everyone knew that the mets were batting around him, except him of course. o and he struck on the third pitch looking. (the only pitch he threw in the strike zone to him). |
