Travis Snider is such a nice young man. His Dad was a wonderful parent and coach to many of the local players. It takes a lot of parental time, money and energy to get a player to the MLB level, along with their talent and hard work. |

On Wednesday, August 5th, after a game against the Omaha Royals at Rosenblatt Stadium, Travis stopped to sign an autograph for my 5-year-old daughter, Meleia, after the Las Vegas 51s were beaten 14-1 that night. He was headed from the clubhouse to the bus outside the stadium and despite the rough loss, he had the kindness to stop and make my daughter's day. We became big fans of Travis Snider from that day forward and we look forward to big-time things from this great player and person.
