The Mets are not looking so good but im pretty shure they might need him or they have to trade to get some really good prospects and the mets need to open their eyes and get a better farm system.

His stats alone in the past years plus winning the 07'division serious not enough? How bout his almost career ending concussion and injury this year. Baby face? He's hot as hell and the METS only have him left, if he's so terrible they would have already traded him like Beltran and Reyes. Get your facts straight. Poor mgt. and a bad pitching rotation can't help either. He's one guy, he can't carry the whole team......give it up and grow up. He's one of the classiest, nicest, most revered MLB player in baseball. Again, give the guy a break. he'll prove you all wrong this year......

Just wanted to let you know David that you are my favorite Mets player. I don't get to watch the games very often but when I do I enjoy watching you. Whenever you got injured last season and suffered the concusion, I burst into tears. I just couldn't help it. I prayed that you would be okay. I killed me this season when you were injured. I could I think live and breath the New York Mets. I am a sports fanatic. I can't play it well but I certainly love to watch it. I hope the rest of the season goes well for you. Your # 1 fan.

I think it's time to end the whole rumour thing....and everyone who actually believed that it wasn't a joke or a hoax really needs help. I hope David Wright has a great year, great season and for people fans or not to stop talking crap about ANY of his girlfriends.
