Homer Bailey

Homer at times seems to come across as a "Mr. Know it All" Which if that is the case he could be a pain in the azz to coach or to get to make any changes. Basically he's dominated since he picked up the baseball, so he thinks that he knows what he's doing.. But then he loses a few MPH on his fastball and the competition level raises and he runs into a brick wall and realizes that he's not the great of a "pitcher". He just had a great fastball that dominated lower level competion. He never had to make any adjustments his entire life, but now he has to make adjustments. I just hope this Mr. Know it All impression I'm getting is inaccurate, and he legitimately focuses on being a "pitcher" instead of just another thrower. Because his "stuff" right now isn't lights out; he needs to be able to consistently hit his spots which starts with the ability to replicate his pitching motion exactly the same every pitch.
