So she didnt pay attention to the guy till he hit the home runs. So what of it? Hey I didnt notice my husband till I saw him driving a real hot car around campus. If I hadnt seen the car and then paid attention to the car and then noticed the driver - well who knows where he and I would be today.

It doesnt matter what attracted her to him or vice versa. The fact remains that they noticed each other and are together.

And very often there is a double standard. A woman ends up noticing an athletic guy or a movie actor or someone who is rich or whatever ... she's a gold digger. A guy ends up noticing a girl b/c she has big boobs or is a famous singer or has a rich daddy ... and he's labeled lucky.

And none of us should care how or why she found him attractive. I mean, really - who cares? She found a guy she loves. Lucky her.

I'm glad you've married into a "rich family" and all but the point trying to be made is ... the girl didn't even pay attention to him until he hit 2 homeruns in a game. If that doesn't say something, what does?
