Watching Monday Night Football? On his radio show with Mychael Urban, Barry once said he didn't really follow other sports (that his favorite sport was "fishing" - as in "fishing" for girls). Ah, well, I hope Barry had fun. . . but he looks really bored in the picture. I guess the "suitcase girls" aren't there yet! |

"remember that ny times article from last year where he said he was "blessed" to have all of these famous people in his cell phone" I remember that article. . . and it went on to say that the person Barry was showing his cell phone too kind of got mad walked out on him and Barry wondered why. Er, ehm, Barry, it's because friends don't care about all the "famous" people you know they care(d) about you. I think our dear Barry is a little dense this way - in some ways he acts like he's stuck in high school. |

this isn't top secret info to anyone who has the slightest interest in the bz. if you go to the official bz website, there's a pic of him in his photo gallery. he is posing on the giants field with his cane. he's a club promoter. 50 going on 25. |

last poster, you are right. you are the company you keep, most times. of course there are exceptions (we all have some loser friends we keep around for whatever reason). but he has a bit too many and they're all the same type. remember that ny times article from last year where he said he was "blessed" to have all of these famous people in his cell phone? as if having a lot of friends who aren't coked up wannabe hanger-ons wouldn't be a blessing. it's even more sad because most of those people are kind of embarrassing. (pauly shore? fred durst? is it the 90s?) |

How long can we keep asking "Why is Barry hanging out with people like that?" before we realize (sadly) that he is one of "those people". Maybe he's changed or wasn't ever the sweet, cool different guy we thought. |
