Don't believe anything the girl who claims "she was there when Dave got engaged" She writes lies on this website about Dave and Mark Teahen. She's bored and delusional. Dave & Mark both have girlfriend. Both are happy and I'm sure wouldn't mind their privacy to be respected. |

They are not engaged. From what I've heard they aren't that serious because they are both seeing other people. She also doesn't live in Kansas city and has only been there to visit. |

David DeJesus has no idea what he has done for this big kid at heart! I've always wanted to meet someone "famous" that I look up to, and David DeJesus did that for me! I told everyone I knew, "I WILL meet him and get his autograph and a picture with him". Everyone I know laughed it off and always said," Good luck with that! Keep dreaming girl". Well I DID! I kept dreaming, and I might be 30 but to meet this man and the events that happened to meet him, I felt like a kid again! I waited outside the players parking lot with the little kids. I had waited 8 games for an autograph, and these awesome little kids made sure it happened for me that night! I've never been a baseball fan until this year, and I've always been a "tom boy" and I've never been a "kid" person either. The night I got to meet David DeJesus made me feel like a 10 year old all over!! I hung out with kids, and they loved me! They went out of their way to make sure a big kid at heart got her favorite baseball player's auotgrapgh! I did 2 things that night that were not me. 1: I was at my 8th baseball game and 2: I hung out with little kids who I found my self loving, (and i'm the first to say I never want kids) I was one with these kids! They went out of their way to see the kid in me and make sure I got my autograph! Thank you, you, AWESOME young men for doing this for me! It truly brought tears to my eyes, and now I wouldn't mind having a kid! :) The friend I was with waited over an hour for me to do this.. when it was all said and done.. he told me it was all worth the wait to see how much I related to these kids and the excitment I had meeting De Jesus, was more fun than the double header we had just been to. His words, "it was so cute". I'm 30 and I LOVE baseball and what it can do for a child. Saying that, I love what it can do for an adult as well! I love how it gave me hope and brought out the kid in me and made my dreams come true! Since then I've quit smoking and have been working out. A MLB player doesn't want a smoker, right? Thanks De Jesus for stopping and making all of us"kids" feel like kids!! And thank YOU JESUS for answering prayres as silly as they may be, your always there! I hope this speaks to peoples hearts...
