Is Jon OK, after that nasty shot to the knee? They say the X-rays are negative -- but apparently he's suffering from a deep bruise ... I hope his injury isn't too serious; otherwise, the Red Sox season looks like it may have just ended ... |

Are you an insider, so that you can accurately characterize Jon and Farrah? That he's a private person I don't doubt. That he's living in a happy marriage I can only hope (I certainly wish him the best, both on and off the field). But Farrah as a *private* person? Didn't she, at one point, have the reputation of being a groupie? |

I think the Lester's are very private and from what I hear have a thriving marriage. Just because they aren't all over the media doesn't mean that something is wrong. It's been written in the press that Jon is a very private person and I'm sure his wife is as well. He is one of the best pitchers in baseball right now and is totally on fire with his pitching... Who cares what the ex's are doing!!! Jon and his bride Farrah are happy so leave them alone. Are you so tried of writing crap on the other boards that you would have to come on Jon's and make up crap to talk about. |

Has anyone suggested in recent times that Jon and Farrah are suffering from marital problems? I admit to speculating on this, earlier this season -- when he was struggling on the mound. I couldn't help wondering if perhaps personal problems were affecting his job performance. But since June he has gained a degree of steadiness and consistency -- and in fact, has been lights out. If he and his wife are having problems, then it's certainly not affecting his performance NOW. And I doubt Jon's ex is even in the picture anymore: there's no way she can stir up trouble -- since by all accounts he's cut off all contact with her. Evidently Roxy has moved on -- attending law school and dating a wonderful new guy (a medical school student). |

From what I hear the ex and her family are the one's who started that rumor and are the only one's stuck on it. Oh and Of course you. Judge, least you be judged. Leave the couple ALONE and let them live their lives. All of the true REDSOX fans love them and know the kind of people they are. |

Rather, I'm just speculating on how she earned that kind of reputation. Perhaps because of the similarity of names ... it could be that Dustin Kelly got confused with Dustin Pedroia ... and then people made the jump (that Farrah must have slept with ALL the Red Sox, just because she slept with one) ... But what can one do? There are a number of people out there stuck on the idea of her being some kind of *tramp* or *groupie* -- whether or not she deserves such labels. |
