| A parking attendant at the park that parks all the players cars confirmed the fact that this guy CHIVA is banned from the park under the suspicion that he is a thief, after Tifany Ortiz complained to the security about seeing him in the player area and her husband, David, having fired him. I guess Lugo though is well off with him because he handles all of Lugos side girls so thats why Julio keeps him. He just tells him to wait out on the street for him, not in the park. |
| Yeah Lugos trainer I am told is named Javier. Apparently Lugo himself might be in a little hot water though with the Government. Apparently this Javier guy was only here on a visitors Visa that does not allow him to work in the US, only be a tourist but Lugo was employing him the whole time. Lugo sought him out from the Dominican Republic because he would work for a lot less then a educated person from the US that has gone to school for physical therapy. |

According to the team barber, EL Monstro "99" , chiva's real name is Jose and Ortiz only realized recently that he had worked for Lugo but Lugo is now keeping a close eye on him because Chiva is already involved in too much stuff for Lugo. |
| There is no problem with Lugo. He is away for personal reasons because his trainer got jailed in Puerto Rico while trying to smuggle ten thousand dollars US cash back to the Dominican Republic. Lugo went down there to hire a lawyer for the guys ince he isn't able to play. Apparently you are not allowed to bring more than $2000 dollars cash out of the country beacuse alot of drug dealers have people smuggle out money like that. |
| I'm worried too. That's why I posted that news and asked. I hope he and his family are okay, nobody sick or worse. He just got put on the 60-day DL, which likely means he's out for the season, and with the way Lowrie's been playing, I think he's out of a job as well. So he doesn't need added stress. |

Who knows what his real name is? I heard from a security guard at Fenway Park that Chiva is banned from the players area because of their suspicions about him stealing things and also because they are pretty sure that he is an illegal allien! |
