Well I think everyone should leave Julio alone but what does Racism have to do with it? He just is simply not doing well, he is going thru a rough patch. But if he was yellow with red stripes and was doing well he would be on the field. If he had blue eyes and was blonde and wasn't playing well he would be off...... Stop adding to the ignorance. If JL was playing well he would be on the field. Dominican Players are good, that no one will ever argue, but when any player is not performing, no matter what the nationality a team can not afford to keep them. Hopefully Julio will have better luck soon. |

Hang in there, Lugo- it appears that the RedSucks would prefer to have an ALL-WHITE TEAM ON THE FIELD! Manny saw it and withdrew himself from that environment and hopefully soon you and Ortiz will get the unspoken picture and want off that apparently racist team as well. Good luck with that. |

does anyone know what La Chiva looks like? I was approached by a Hispanic guy last week at batting practice,( it's the first time that I've ever gone to batting practice & I won't go back if this is a common occurance) anyhow this Hispanic guy walks up to me, he had a pass around his neck but I didn't want to look down that far to read it, and he says "hi how are you?", & I respond "great how are you?", & he says "somebody's looking @ you", & I'm like "what are you talking about?' & he says "Julio Lugo asked who the girl was standing up there", & I'm like "(laughing) oh" & turned completely away from him. ICK! I HATE THE REDSOX & I CAN'T STAND LUGO!! Could someone tell me what La Chiva looks like, because after reading all these posts on here, I think this guy could've been him. I was insulted because I was watching my team in the cages, waiting for my girl friends when this happened. The Red Sox were in MY city. |

la Chive Worked for David and now for Lugo(he did get girls for Ortiz but Tiff got too suspicious and then Lugo hired him!) they all still hang out ALL together when they're on the road. Rob Bradford of WEEI is reporting today that the trip for personal reasons was�to the DR over property that Lugo bought. The people who sold it to him turned�out to be scam artists who didn't even own the�property! So�he's down there trying�to get his�money back,�apparently. |
