In case anyone is wondering what he's been doing this off-season besides rehabbing his back, going to Wild games and recovering from surgery... Canadian baseball hero, Justin Morneau and wife, Krista made a surprise visit to Wayne’s winery located in Vineland, Ontario this week. Justin and Krista visited for an hour enjoying No. 99 Estate whites and No. 99 Estate reds. Both talked about their own private wine cellar and how they enjoyed drinking our wines with Wayne and Janet. Justin especially appreciated the Wayne Gretzky Estate Shiraz Ice Wine. A great ending to Justin and Krista’s visit was meeting winemaker Craig McDonald. FYI the article had a pic of Justin and, no surprise, he'd shaved off the hideous facial hair :) |

I'm pretty sure whoever that was meant cheats on Krista. Either way it doesn't matter. He's not cheating on her. But, it's off-season and it's slow so maybe she/he wanted to stir things up. |

Agrree iwth Krista and the tanning issue. Agree with Justin and his inability to grow facial hair. What do you mean "still cheats" on Krista? I thought he was pretty devoted and she's around him 24/7 so when would he have a chance to cheat?? |

Actually what we should all be concerned about is that "faux-tee" Justin keeps attempting to grow every couple of months. Good grief. Does he not have any friends (or a wife) to tell him that he just can't grow facial hair? He looks like a 15-year old who used his mother's eyebrow pencil to draw in a mustache. He was blessed (or cursed, whatever) with a baby face. For pete's sake, just steer into the curve and get your face permanently waxed! You're so much cuter clean shaven! |

I think if you like Justin you have to read Before the Glory: 20 Baseball Heroes Talk About Growing Up... It will change the way you think about him. We got it at my school, and my students were talking about it. It's all about his childhood - his parent's divorce, his relationship with his brother, his brother's mental illness, all kinds of stuff you certainly aren't going to get here. I have to say, it changed the way I think about him. Not her, so much, but him, totally. |

I agree- Krista did look beautiful and she sure knows how to throw together a lovely wedding. Of course, having a wedding planner and being naturally pretty makes it a bit easier! |

I did not blame her ... just stating my opinion from a professional standpoint ... if a "stranger" can pick up on this, why can't she ? I have not seen him at the games either to support his teammates ! Seems to me he is a sulker and needs help dealing with issues when he is hurt, etc. Doesn't sound like he has much of a support system at home ( wife ) from what I have heard - from respectable sources ! |
