Dating Robinson Tejeda is like making pies. You can make apple, cherry, blueberry... strawberry-rhubarb... pecan.... chocolate cream, lemon-meringue.... ahhhh... another apple, another pecan... ahhhhh... peach.... But the best part is you can start making them in July and put them in the freeza, and take them out at Thanksgiving. Sure they're a little soggy, but you still have like 17 pies. You know what I mean?? |

I am sure he is dating multiple girls.... If you are interested in dating him... only use him! I agree with the girl who said "don't put your heart into it." I didn't and it worked.. I got a couple of vacations out of him very recently... |

yeah, I agree with the last poster, but be careful with Tejeda, I knew his GF in 2002 was a total wh@re with several std's cuz she did alot of the minors, so be careful!! wear a condom for sure, but then agaib, he's gotten fat so I don't think he can pull chics like he used to. |

Yes he is married and has two kids.. and they are getting a divorce.. In my opinion, just have fun if these idiots want to spend money, whine and dine you and all you have to deal with is one call per week then go ahead.. just dont put your heart into it because you will get hurt but at the same time that is what men like.. when you act like you don't give a crap |

u see, it's never about us; this is just how the players from there operate! :) I'm sooooo happy that I could help, I wish someone could've explained it to me when I went thru it with my 2nd baseman, let me please give you another piece of advice don't think too hard about him asking you to go there bcuz they always say that too! My guy flew me around our country but never over there, although he did say "I thought you'd come over there while I was there. I thought I was gonna get a call from you saying you were coming to see me" more of the same b.s.; when they are there they have a different life! When he got back he could'nt wait to see me & had me come to spring training etc. but always remember, EVERYTHING IS ON THEIR TERMS! Good Luck & remember not to invest your heart too much... CIAO! |

Thanks to the girl who posted below me. You are so right! He called...1 week later out of the blue and said how much he misses me and that he wants me to come to DR. I'm not going to go. And yes he does have 2 daughters with some girl in Boston, he swears and up and down that he got a divorce but who knows what the truth is there. I am doing alot better, Im over it! im not going to let him bring me down...I am way better looking than him anyway!! haha |

it's only been a short while since he left. I know it's hard sweetie but most of these players from D.R. are like that. You'll probably get a random phonecall here & there, but don't take it personal bcuz that's how they operate. (2 countrys to live in = 2 different lives, & quite possibly several women.) He probably has a girl in Arizona during springtraining every year too. I've known him since 2002 when he was with the Phillies, I saw him in 2005 & he told me he had gotten married & had a kid in Boston too. I saw him this year too @ a game when he played here but I only had a brief conversation with him, I actually knew one of his K.C. teammates so I was catching up with what was going on in his life not Tejeda's. The poster that said he can be a nice friend to have a beer with is right, but that's all. He used alot of people guys & girls when he was in the minors for money, food, etc. he was a real cheapskate then, hopefully that's changed. Good luck you poor thing, just have fun until he comes back but don't ever forget how much this hurts. Next year don't invest so much of your heart, okay... CIAO! |

I wanted no parts of it, haha. From the start he kinda struck me as one of those guys who would say anything to get what he wanted. And by then, I had been working in baseball long enough to know not to fall for anything. As far as him being married, I didn't know he was until after the season finished. Now? I have no idea. Last time I talked to him was in 2006 when I ran into him in FL. I will say this - he is actually a decent guy to be around, grab a beer with or whatever and talk about random shit. If you get through to him that you're not interested, he'll take the hint after a while and be satisfied being friends. That's what happened with us. |

Dated him seriously while he played for KC this past season (he even had the balls to tell me he loved me). Left to the Dominican and I havent heard from him since he left. Horrible person, I am heartbroken. These guys are all the same, he had me fooled |
