2143 then she should know since he is a celebrity chics can post encounters they have had with him if they want....nothing they can do. i know someone who saw him cheat also so what? if the wife stays then she stays with him but newsflash a zebra will never loose its spots. some of these guys cheat so bad even when the wife goes on a trip with him he will sneak off for something it happens either ignore it or be a real woman and leave |

since you're googling definitions, how about a legal definition for "common knowledge"? legal precedents, etc? |

In order to win damages in a libel case, the plaintiff must first show that the statements were "statements of fact or mixed statements of opinion and fact" and second that these statements were false. Conversely, a typical defense to defamation is that the statements are opinion. If the statement cannot be proved true or false, the court may dismiss the libel case without it ever going to a jury to find facts in the case. -So most people with half a brain in their head, wouldn't waste their time on going to court with what's common knowledge, pretty or not. |

No. Definition of slander: the utterance of false charges or misrepresentations which defame and damage another's reputation. Too many people know of his ways for it to damage his reputation. He does that damage to himself. |
