The guy cheats like crazy !!! He stares at you in order to get your attention. And he has two cell phones one for his wife and one for his girls that he meets. Very disapointing!

Girls don't care if he speaks English-they perfer to not have to carry a conversation. Clearly they are after his money/fame. You really wana get his attention? Don't give him yours when he flirts with you.  He's still obsessed with a girl he met during spring training. She's a blonde with an attitude who is friends with another players wife. Asdrubal can't get over that she turned him down. Sorry - I don't buy it!  Yes - I'm sure he checks out the ladies.  Yes - he probably cheats on his wife.  But - these guys are not going to call you over by the dugout.  Their asses would be on the line with their families and with their coaches/organization.  I think you want to believe that he was trying to call you over because the thought of it sounded fun and then you could share your story with others.  Sorry - I don't buy that part of it.

Good to know I will be careful...went to another game and he was so obvious ...my friend couldn't believe the way he was staring..it was freaking me out lol and he kept trying to motion for me to come towards the dugout...

Actually, I just met a woman from Venezuela who was his girlfriend at the Mariners game.  She was really stupid though, somehow she didn't know the score of the game, but knew every player's salary on the team.  lol.  In addition to this, she had some really nasty fungus on her cleavage, and arms.  And trust me, my bf is a med student, and he said that was not peeling skin.

If I did believe this, I would excuse his lame pick up line  because he barely speaks any English. That is why you never see him in any interviews. Also, every encounter I've ever had with him, he didn't respond to anyone more than a one word answer. Mostly just "yes and "no".

Also, you are quite dense if you didn't think anything was going to happen when you went into a hotel room, alone, with a twenty-something ballplayer.

Ladies, he is NOT cute! I don't know what everyone sees in him! He is a LOSER! He told me that is son is from his "ex" and said that only his son would come up and spend a few months with him. It's one thing to not even mention being married, but to deny her completely and call her his "ex"? That's sad. I met him at a club because I know one of his teammates, and his pick-up line was "Do you like music? We can go listen to some at the hotel." Hahaha...so lame. Did he actually think that would work? Because it didn't. He got me a ticket for the next day and after the game (it was a day game) I stopped by the hotel, stupidly thinking that he wouldn't try to get into my pants at 5 in the afternoon. (That was very naive of me.) And when he finally got the point that nothing was going to happen, he actually PULLED HIS "MEMBER" OUT OF HIS PANTS AND STARTED WAVING IT AROUND. I couldn't believe it! Is he seven years old? WHO DOES THAT? And for weeks after that he would text and call me and try to get me to come see him on the road. But he wanted ME to pay for it. If he didn't get any the first time, does he think it's really going to work a second time? And he expects ME to pay for it? This guy is a joke! He is a disgrace to men, and hopefully all of you out there that talk about how cute and nice he is will read this and see the truth!

I don't think the divorce rumors are true either. At tonight's game they left together with their baby,  Meyer. She jumped in the car, while him & Meyer came over and he signed some autographs until the baby started crying.

He is much better looking in person and he was one of the few players that signed tonight.

Yes his sons name is Meyer and he is adroable. 2 years old now. He did have a wife but they are in the process of getting a divorce. She is also from Venezuela however she moved back because she had trust issues with him and now they are getting a divorice. Feel bad for the kid but he brings his son to US for a month or so and then takes him back to his mom. I feel for her because its hard to trust them ball players.

I remember reading somewhere in an interview that the shell necklace he used to wear all the time was from his wife...but I've yet to see him wear it this year...anyone know if there might be some trouble?? OK-so I learn new things every day...like I did not know that Asdrubal is married!And that he has a son.He's young...I think 22.I don't think that he is that much older than me.So now I know about the necklace.Did anyone notice that for awhile he didn't wear it?Also,I always notice the thing that he does everytime after he gets on base;he crosses himself then kisses his fingers and points up.If that makes sense!I got to see him hit a homer last Friday night...I'm really impressed with how he has been since he came back from triple-A.I'd love to see him at shortstop...

He is so adorable...girls all these guys cheat...they are tempted everyday while on road games, groupies calling the hotel rooms and waiting for them to arrive. They go months away from their families of course they will cheat. That is part of being with a ball player. You have to learn to deal with it.

i saw cabrera with some girl at a bar we were at in Dallas. She was really pretty, dark hair and skin. He looked like he was having a good time. I dont know if it was his wife or not. I dont think it was.

Asdrubal got married January '07 because he got his long time girlfriend pregnant...they have the cutest baby boy who turned 1 on May.
