Scott is not innocent in this situation but he has admitted his mistake to his wife and they are still together. People do make mistakes- but they also can change. But Tiffany is not a victim in this matter either. She slept with a married man and is surprised when he wants to stay with his wife. Tiffany has literally "made her bed and now she has to sleep in it". Also, she can say that she is not contacting Scott's family all she wants but she knows the truth but is embarrassed to admit it.
