Hes absolutely horrible. He always gives up at least 1 run per game he plays and he only plays for 1 inning or less because he sucks so much. If it werrent for him the blue jays would be 50-32 right now. Send him to triple A for life. |

I came across your site searching the words bj ryan sucks. I think they have a currently overachieving team but enjoyable in its components nonetheless. All...except BJ. I feel like i am watching a oldies tight rope walker....who may fall off at any second..not fun...even when he wins..not fun...too many walked batters...too much poor located throws. He is a verified bum. |

i was at the game today and the gf wanted to leave in the top of the 9th with the jays leading 7-4...then i saw ryan coming out to pitch...so we stayed for some more baseball 2 more innings to be exact because ryan blew the save...he is a BUM and always was a BUM and he always will be a BUM...bring in ACCARDO |

Ryan doesn't have the movement or location to throw in the high 80s to low 90s. He's a thrower and needs to learn to become a pitcher if he wants to make it through the year. I'd send him down and teach him a change up and have him work on getting more movement with his fastball. |

He always used to pitch in the high 90's, thats why he was so good. Now after his injury, I haven't seen him in the 90's at all. His fastball is 88-89MPH. |

he walks so many batters, his fastball doesnt hit 90 anymore, i dont trust him to close games and hes making more money then we ever will THAT is why he sucks |
