Or, you could go to a game super-early and bring a photo and a pen. Can't guarantee you'll get his autograph, though. Just be sure Carl isn't the starting pitcher that day.

My mother is a great fan of Carl Pavano.  She keeps track of his stats.  I don't know how to request an autographed photo be sent to her for 80th birthday this September.  She doesn't miss a televised game when he pitches.

It's tough to stay up for these games when you live on the east coast and have to get up at 4:00am. Thanx to the Twins for making it worth it! Another great start by Pavano! Great to see the whole team playing so well.6 1/2 games out of 1st place!!

Baseball can be such a funny game....the closer can go in, pitch 1 inning blow the game and walk away with the win.......on the other hand you have the starting pitcher who pitches his a$$ off....turns the game over to his bullpen, with the lead intact.....and he walks away with nothing.

Carl gave up only one HR. Then Matt Capps gave up the tying HR. Carl got a no-decision while Capps got credited with the win (though I would have given the win to Phil Dumatrait).

Atleast he shows some emotion! This team is not playing up to its potential! I would rather see a player blow off a little frustration than sit in the dugout looking defeated.
