Adam Dunn is better than Ichiro. Ichiro: .331 BA, .377 OBP, 117 OPS , 73 HR (averages 9 per season), 380 walks (48 walks per season), 315 steals, caught 70 times, 81.8% stolen bases Also, Dunn had an SecA average of .515 in 2008, which was the best in the majors (Pujols was 2nd with a .502 SecA). Meanwhile, Ichiro had an SecA of .207 (124th in majors). That's terrible. |

no one is going as far as to say that ichiro really sucks, but let's be honest, hitting duck farts over the shortstop over and over and over again does not make a person a good hitter. can anyone that likes ichiro agree that he is overrated..? please let me know the last time you saw ichiro slide into second to disrupt a double play or high five a teammate after THEY hit a homer. tell me the last time you heard ichiro try and turn his team around to start winning (don't give me this translator crap, his english is fine) tell me when you saw ichiro NOT look at himself on the big screen in centerfield after a stolen base, catch or blop hit. tell me the last time you saw ichiro support breast cancer (pink wristband & bat weekend). If you want to continue to believe ichiro's great, go ahead. just remember when ichiro loses a few notches on the "home to first" speedometer, he's a .225 hitter at best. by the way, in case you're still on the fence, the boys in the big leagues think he's a moron. |

Ichiro may be fine by himself, but baseballs a team sport. He gets on base because the other team cannot believe that he actually swings and sometimes hits the worst pitches while passing on the pitch down the middle. You never want to be on base when Ichiro is up because he is going to hit into the fielders choice and you'll be out. He may sell tickets but he's no A-Rod, Griffey, or any number of players Seattle has let get away. M's should have unloaded him years ago. But its not about titles in Seattle its about $$$. |

I own a 1977 Suzuki Intruder VS1400 motorcycle. I do like the looks, feel and most things about this bike but ...... I would NEVER buy another Suzuki product. Why ? There is NO support, aftermarket parts are a dismal, haphazard selection of limited quality. There is nobody to call, nobody to email, nobody to get hold of and the reason is simple, Suzuki Sucks the big one when it comes to their product support. Go back to your dealer, if you are in Canada, just forget about it, order online from an American supplier as the ones here will tell you themselves that you never know if or when you will get your OEM parts. Personally, I tell every biker out there the same story. Don't buy a Suzuki, just do yourself a big favour, walk away, find a Honda, find anything. |
