me and my friend in Toronto were sitting by the Rays bullpen in Toronto. J.P was really friendly and gave us both Rays hats!

Maddon is one of the most dumbest managers i've ever seen,he doesnt let Howell show his stuff,instead Maddon puts the bad pitchers

JP is such a great guy!  I know him personally and know he is true to his friends ... goes the extra mile ... really a stand up guy!  He's also very true to his fans, as others have noted on this blog.  He's very level headed and doesn't take fame too seriously.

JP,

I want to thank you and the RAYS for the best season I have ever experienced. My son and I met you during the Little League camp at the Trop this summer when you spoke. You are a stand up guy and a great pitcher. My son ask what your fastest ball was and you laughed and said I like to make them swing at junk that lands in the dirt. Make 'em look silly. Well you did that alot this year. We/ you guys have a great group and I hope we cana keep it together for a while. You guys changed things in one season and we are no longer the knock around boys any more. If they want a win in the Trop., They better come to play!  Thanks again JP, the smile my son has on his face when he got his picture taken with you is priceless. It say it all.

Great pitching in tonight's game, JP!  Mrs. G. is proud of you!  It's so fun watching you on television.  You really ARE "a big leaguer" now...remember that?
