Played ball with Phil.  Always tried to throw as hard as he could, we called him Phildo b/c he's such a blowhard.

Oh God, Leyland brought the hot air hyperventalator in against the indians in the 7th... two doubles, a single and two runs later he's gone. Please God, breathe some life into this blow hard or send him away to an eternity of passing gasses.

The Coke Classic, comes in with the two run lead for the routine hold and then, only as Phil Choke can do, walks off after giving up the lead and getting no outs. When will we learn that this guy is poisonous. I don't care if we have to pay another team to take him, because we are obviously not going to get anything good for him. How he lasted ten starts and actually won one of those I will never know. 1-8 as a starter says it all. GET RID OF HIM!

You just know the guy is going to come in and botch the game. All that huffing and puffing, but the guy's just a blowhard. I just watched him come in for relief on a Tigers' game, and of course he gives up a hit and a run to the first guy he faces. The last two games, Leyland put him in to face just one batter, and he blew it both times. This Coke has fizzled out.

Phil Joke, er, I mean Coke, stinks. Leyland is obviously demented if he thinks that Coke is a good fit anywhere in this organization! Too bad he ruined the rookie's outing today. Just another day for the" joke".

I played JC ball with Coke. The guy always tried to throw his hardest. he wasn't that special. He was being followed by the yankees scout Tim McIntosh. (Duche BAG of a guy) and signed coke for penny's. All in all I feel that Coke is not deserving of his MLB status..Simply at the right place at the right time, then got lucky with being on the best team in the League. Coke is a TOOL

How can they call this a "Fan" Forum? This continues to prove day in and day out that he DOES NOT BELONG IN THE BIG LEAGUES! He only throws a completely straight fastball, a mediocre slider. In fact, I'm watching the yankees/rangers game right now...the score WAS 3-2 rangers, Coke comes in a immediately gives up a single, then a double, and then of course a 3-run home run. This guy is a head case. If he wasn't a left handed reliever, he would be bagging groceries not disgracing the Yankee uniform. GET RID OF HIM CASHMAN! HOW MUCH MORE PROOF DO YOU NEED??
