Rafael Perez a relief pitcher for the Cleveland Indians is unarguably the most useless and worst relief pitcher this year. Comes into the 8th inning, one pitch to Prince Fielder and the ball sails over the outfield wall. Grand Slam. ERA goes up to 11.94 and takes away Carl Pavano's bid for a win. Not only this year did he do this, but every year. He is the most inconsistent baseball player in all of the game and simply sucks, the Indians should drop him right away and tell him to learn how to play ball again in House League down with 12 year olds.
