Thank God that Thome is back in town!!!! Nice job Ruben. Howard could miss the rest of the season for all I care. Maybe he should join his girl on the Eagles cheerleading squad. Look at the trend.....2008-won World Series. 2009-lost in World Series. 2010-lost in the NLCS. 2011-lost in the NLDS. This means that in 2012 we don't even make the play-offs. Why?? Why?? Why?? - The whole team got real old - real fast. No more juice for Howard, Ibanez, Utley? Rollins thinks he is a home run hitter. Polanco is washed up. Pence looks like he took retard pills. Vickytorino looks like a retarded circus monkey. Howard....Howard....he is the biggest choke artist in pro sports period. Look at his numbers from 2007-20011. Each year his totals dropped. I hate to say this but Ryan Howard's injury in his last at-bat gave me some healing after the pathetic offense supported Doc with 0 runs.  Get used to it Howard! we in Philly love winners! internalize the gospel in this forum and Strikeout  somewhere else.  Get the hell out of this town! and take the other fatboy Reid with you.  Overpaid Chokers!

Fat boy definitely has the "Fever".

During the playoffs last year, he was seen at the Eagles game the morning of the playoffs seducing his white cheerleader girlfriend. 

This year he was seen again flaunting, being a rockstar, with his sunglasses, bling, more worried about the white girls.

Howard the K: the most overpaid, un-clutch, strikeout king known to mankind. If you want to watch a real first baseman, Albert Pujols is your man. Can't believe the Phils signed him to that ridiculous contract...that'll haunt them for years!

It.s true  Howard sucks and is one of the most over paid worst clean up hitters in M.L.B but the rest of the Phillies team isn,t much better. As far as scoring runs against a half desent pitching they all suck . There Pitching is about average with the exception of Roy Haliday this guy is the best pitcher in the M.L.B. every start he gives it his all he is a real winner he deserves a better team.

Anyone ever notice that Ryan Howard CANNOT turn his glove over to his right when he catches a ball thrown over to first base?  Rather than extending his right arm outward so his right arm is straight out and his glove is pointing to the right when the ball is thrown to the right side, regardless of how far to the right the ball is thrown to the right he keeps his glove pointing to the left and  moves his body as far right as possible to catch the ball.  I don't know where this guy learned to play first base but he has to be one of the worst defensive first basemen in pro baseball.  How many balls did he drop this year?  What professional first baseman routinely DROPS balls thrown over to first base.  I am amazed.  Go get 'em Mr. October.
