Best game ever for Zusi. At least he can say he had nothing to do with the loss to Trinidad.

He sucked as a midfielder and sucks even worse as a right back. Not completely his fault. Why is he even playing right back? Should be on the bench (maybe).

Zusi's performance against Belgium might have been one of the worst I've ever seen a midfielder play. Every touch on the ball ended in bad passes, turnovers, or jus plain old clumsiness and tripping over himself. While I am excited about the potential of Julian Green and Diondre Yedlin, if Graham Zusi is the best midfield option we have, we are LIGHT YEARS from winning a world cup! This guy is lucky to be starting in MLS, let alone the national team. No idea how he was picked over eddie johnson or landon. But zusi's touches were a complete waste the whole game. We only began to look competitive when he was taken out for Wondo late

Do you think that the coaches actually watch the film on Zusi? He is just not very good! Even when he makes a half way decent pass he doesn't show any flair. Against, Honduras in the 1st half the made a nice 5 yard touch pass and the commentators commended the pass, however if you watch the play closely after he makes the touch pass he is moving towards the player who is only 5 yards away from him. This is not the normal response after you make such a pass. The correct follow up would be to make a run or to continue to support the player you just passed the ball to by moving in a lateral support position. The truth is that the pass happened by accident, and he never meant to make the touch pass he was just following his own first touch on the ball. I can't believe there are no better midfield option than this player, and the coach hasn't called up Landon? On a bright note there is some hope for the US midfield as Bradley looked great against Honduras!
