He isn't a great person at all. He totally exploits his "big scary black man" persona in Japan, not realizing that everyone there is actually laughing AT him, and not with him. He acts like an animal, and embarrasses himself at every chance, talking shit like you wouldn't believe (usually before an ass beating). He's like a bigger version of Quincy Jackson.

Fortunately, being a giant slab of crap has caught up to him. He got cocky by beating a bunch of people much smaller than him with not much skill, but since they've started making him fight legitimately skilled fighters, he's on a hell of a losing streak. His 15 minutes are pretty much up.

Bob is a great person. Say what you will, but he's getting paid and getting big fights. Don't have to win them to be a winner.

He doesn't suck as a person, but he is simply not fit for that kind of fighting. He's slow, huge, has way too many unnecessary muscles all over his body, his stamina is not on par with his body, he has rushed his training and was too greedy. That's probably why he sucks as a fighter as do many others of these false ufc and mma athletes, most of these people bodies are pretty much wasted with unnecessary muscles which can barely keep up with their own stamina.
