He acts real tacky on the Ultimate Fighter. He is a very poor coach and just acts white trash. Sorry for saying this but this is my opinion. He's nasty to the fighters and always cuts down other fighters for reasons not even involving fighting. I use to like him until he displayed this behavior.

This guy Brock is such  Gentleman: I met him in NYC in end of march '11 and he was having a meeting and he was a very nice guy, i found him super sexy and charming and if he hadnt had on a wedding ring I woulda sat on his face! But I have respect and honestly he seemed like he wasnt gonna go there even if  I wanted it....super cute and smelled good too, what a smile----!

Brock you did good.i was in vegas and i went ahead and put $40 on frank.i thought frank was going to hang with you and run you out of air,then submit you.man was i wrong.the power you delivered was impressive to say the least.im not really a fan to any fighter,pretty much like them all.i am extra impressed with the light weight how they show respect for each other (faver,brown jens,ect).

im a bad looser also.i drag race.its worst than fighting when it comes to chit talk.adrenaline is also pumping and we say things we normaly wouldnt.its no dought you will be around for a long time.just calm down some.kill them with kindness.their is nothing that make me have more respect in a fighter is a  gracious winner and looser.you cant beat yourself if you loose one every once in awhile. our defeats make us stronger and smarter.look foward to watching you for years.jason stevens
