yall call him a baby and shit and that he talks to much shit but the vast majority of fighters do but atleast hes respectable after the fight and admits he wasnt ready and brock is the shitty fighter he fuking layed on him the whole time didnt even try to transition or anything he didnt stand up with mir cuz he knew mir would beat him there so he layed on him like any body who out weighs their opponent by 20 or 30 pounds could and frank rocked him with one knee but now their even and im sure of a rematch eventually so the score willl be settled once and for all and also he has a bigger heart than most fighters coming back after a horrible motorcycle wreck tearing every muscle in his knee and he is still dam well fighting when most would be afraid to run |

Yea, Frank Mir is a person that talks the talk, but can`t walk the walk. From the way he talks on the commentaries you would think he was good, but he sucks. The first match I saw him in after like 10 secs I knew he sucked. He moves slowly and really can`t fight. Hope he loses to Lesnar |
