Just getting out helped. Thanks for the ear. I just have to set better boundaries with my customers and find a nice tactful way to say no when they are too demanding. I'm not in a position to loose customers, but there are a few that I in all honesty would be better off and more productive without.

With dates it's simple too much of me having to accommodate means no more dating them. But customers and family members are different. I just have to smile and say no problem i'm happy to accommodate your crazy sir.

Well and it's not just dates. Its customers, male family members. They want one thing you make a plan then they switch dirrection. So I accommodate, then they switch again.

Yikes. That is very true. The laundry list of qualities people look for in each other gets longer and longer.

Nice. You go!! You know something. I do not understand men. Men say women don't know what they want, but it seems to me that everyone I come in to contact with can't make his mind up about anything. Need to vent.

I don't expect financing. I think I can work for it.

If you can get financing do it. My type of business is almost impossible to get financing.

A building would be a good hedge against debt. And an investment.

Our town is remodeling and I'm thinking of a building rather than rent.

Yes that is true. You have to be smart and make sure you can get a return for the money you spend.
