Mhmm even your girlfriend knows you act like she doesn't exist on social media, Ricky. Call him out, woman! 😂

That's good for her. So many girls refuse to participate in stuff that may not be of huge interest to them and they miss out on fun time with their man, same thing goes for men with their girlfriend/wife. Sure sometimes him working in the garage, her cooking or doing yoga is plenty normal but I'm sure he appreciated the help and she probably learned a few things. It's nice she doesn't try to drag him away from dirt racing. She knows how important it is to him and its cool to see her trying to be involved.

I think it's great that he definitely has it in his mind to marry Danica, he obiviously loves her. I sure hope that girl he likes on Instagram doesn't work Dega this year like she's done the last two, she might be looking for him, since she's been around the dega race she should know he has a girlfriend. He better stay away if she's down there than.

If you haven't already, go to the Plan B facebook page and watch those videos of him today. Probably the most chatty he's been in a long time lol it seemed really casual.

Funny how that girl Ricky's now oddly obsessed with on Insta made sure to post something early today about the only man putting a smile on her face being a horse and of course he liked it. She might as well put a big DING DING I'M SINGLE LOOK AT ME sign over her head. smh

In a pic he posted back in October of the barn there was a blue chasis. Seems he's got some good tinkering ahead of him.

That's pretty cool that he's putting that back together. She cooked them a nice dinner and he's been working in the garage.

It'd be nice if he could get some new sponsors too. Maybe if they could get a good start to the year and show major improvements that'll help. He and Brian could be that magic connection he's been waiting for!

I hope he can do so xfinity races too. Makes you wonder if they even try very hard because I'd think he should be able to get a couple minimum. He mentioned he could only do ten but I think he has one more year to do unlimited since it's his fifth year in cup and not five complete years, at least that's how I understood it.

That's cool he's gonna race the Texas dirt races. There's a big deal going on that weekend and Tony's running it too.

thats your opinion. It's their life not yours. Every damn day it's the same shit. Move on. If you are happy and in love then a ring and a piece of paper aren't going to make you stay and the lack of won't make you leave. Why now? 4 years? Big deal. Get over it.

You do realize being happy and wanting more from your relationship are not dependent on one another, right? She can be in love and happy but still want to be engaged/married to him. She's been talking about it for years now. Doesn't mean she doesn't love him.
Reply-to:Where is a timeline written? Ive never come across a road map to whats right. Thats for them to decide. If shes happy thats all that matters.

Lmfao that's what I'm sayin' ... this isn't a hurry anymore, they've been living together all these years, if he's waiting to learn some big secret about her, I think he's going to be disappointed.
Reply-to:Its been 4 full years, isnt that enough of a wait?

Uh, considering its been four years, I think we're past the point of hurrying. If that was the mindset all childless couples had, millions of couples would never get married. How about wanting to be his wife rather than just "some girlfriend" (her words)? He should take it as a compliment.
Reply-to:And why is there a hurry?

And he knows that. No reason for him to do a single thing until she puts an ultimatum on him and she wouldn't do that to him.
Reply-to:Danica is in it for the long haul, Ricky knows that, the little brunette isnt leaving until you make her :)

It's his way of saying "well duh I'm going to marry her" without having to actually ask. If she even asks him to his face "are we getting married" he can say "at some point yes" and in his mind that answers the question.

Ricky's "at some point, yes" answer is the same crap he's pulled for years. This is four years of dating. Last February it was "ha.. ha... haha.. we'll see how it goes.. ha.." after three years of dating. In October 2014 he said it was "looking good" and that he dated for marriage and she called his ass out on that one. He's just so comfortable that he assumes she'll just sit around waiting forever. At least propose to the girl, if you have to tell people after that "we're waiting for a while" fine, but don't leave her as your freaking girlfriend. She's a grown woman in an adult relationship. If he wants to be a child, fine, but at least be an engaged child.

Nothing is official yet, but from rumors going around there is going to be a certain time limit for you to fix your car (I'm not sure if this is garage or pit road, but I would assume garage) and if you can complete the repairs in the given amount of time you're out of the race.
Anonymous (Sophomore) wrote on Thu, 19 Jan 2017 19:44:34 GMT reply
Well I'm not sure that news has officially come out yet so he probably wasn't supposed to say anything.

I think when you're famous and have as many friends as they do, you're just asking to piss people off by having a huge wedding. You forget one person and suddenly you're shunned for life. You invite the wrong person and suddenly your whole wedding is all over the internet. I'd rather do a small wedding, take really pretty photos, then go on a nice honeymoon. You can still have a beautiful dress, show the world how happy you are, without someone else or the media feeling like they need to be a part of it. You can even have a wedding party with friends and a band and all without having all those people sitting around taking pics of your first kiss (I'm talking about you chocolate's wife...)

I can totally see them getting married on the property somewhere and have family/really close friends or maybe on a beach somewhere with family
Anonymous (Legend) wrote on Thu, 19 Jan 2017 18:57:38 GMT reply
Personally, I'd rather see a couple that's been together this long have a small, intimate wedding at home than just stay unmarried. That's why I roll my eyes when friends with kids claim they arent married because they don't have the money. If you can't save the $150 or whatever to get married at the courthouse than you obviously don't need kids. They're both very wealthy and could have a huge wedding where they have to awkwardly pick a bridal party to not offend anyone and then have to awkwardly pick who gets to come and who doesn't (Junior expressed this same situation)... it's almost easier to just have your families there and do it at home or at church or something. That doesn't mean you can't have a "wedding" and dress traditionally and all that it just means it doesn't have to be the party of the decade.

Link to the video. Some good questions, mainly about racing and stuff, but some stuff about his hobbies, talked about how he's able to use both hands in sports, shooting, throwing, etc, some stuff about upcoming races and the team. https://www.facebook.com/PlanBSalesandMarketing/videos/1343050755715587/

Anonymous (Legend) wrote on Thu, 19 Jan 2017 18:40:48 GMT
I think in Ricky's world, he'd just marry her in the backyard and have their family and the dogs sitting there with someone close to them officiating it. In Danica's world she probably wants the nice engagement, pretty ring, pretty dress, happy day all about them, etc. I recall her talking about her last wedding and how cheap things were. It was also so secretive. Now she's so open that she'd probably want to share exciting things in her life.
Anonymous (Legend) wrote on Thu, 19 Jan 2017 18:47:12 GMT reply
Don't worry he went right back to talking about racing and diecasts. LOL
Reply-to:But wait...I though Ricky couldnt answer questions about her and marriage without bringing up racing???
