Reply-to:Take it from a sports attorney - he has a case.  It will take some time to work out but will be settled - depending on the way the contract is written - quietly.  It is cheaper for them to fire him and then pay out the rest of the contract than keep him around while Casey drives for them.  Hope Kasey does ok - but I dont think he will.  KK is not the driver people thinks he is.  He is another Jr with the ladies with no major driving skills.

Scott will lose his creditability with team owners as a result of this suit. Red Bull and Toyota worked their a$$ off to give him good equipment and other owners recognize that. I'm sure they will settle just to make him go away although I hear that performance clause was very well written in his contract. They could of just as easily ran a third team rather than run the risk of paying him off.

I agree, no class. Their only friends in NASCAR are the Allmendingers, which the Speeds are Lynne's only friends. The Speeds being removed from the KB wedding party had nothing to do with KBM. It was about the Speeds running their mouths about (what was suppose to be) their friends at the time Kyle and Sam. Kyle had money and investors, he didn't take money from the Speeds. He did offer Scott a ride in the truck which fail through as a result of the Speeds running their mouths. Friends expect friends to keep their conversations confidential. Don't run your mouth when you shouldn't.  Scott is sueing Red Bull. There was a performance clause in his contract which he failed. Scott blames Red Bull for his failure. Did you fans know that Scott has his fire suit tailored to fit more tightly! It is a fashion thing for him. LOL

That was a beyond ignorant response. If you read anything about the situation, SS got screwed. Everyone in Nascar agrees that he's right to be suing. If you got fired for no reason and had a family to take care of, you'd just be like 'whatever' and let it go? I sure hope not.

You are delusional.  The wedding money did not come from the truck financing - it came from their personal account.  Sam's parents paid a lot of the fees.  Gossip is one thing - but to make up stuff that doesnt hold water is another.

once i saw all the recent wedding stuff going on while scott  and his wife never mentioned the wedding anymore i realized they must have had a falling out with KB and SS. The Speeds were supposed to stand up for them.

F1 won't take him back. He was horrible over there and Toro Rosso tossed him out of his ride because he could barely earn a point over there. He was replaced by Sebastian Vettel in mid-season! He should really go to rally car or the Le Mans series, he'd do well over there.
