James Buescher is an idiot.   He cried because Kyle didn't race him right.   Look what happened to Danica.   Seems like he thinks his chiz is ok to throw at other drivers.

And for the Google earth, you know it is addictive for me. At your HS, it put me at an entrance at the street lights looking up the hill with, I think, apartments across the street - Oakdale Arms, if I have the right school. Not sure about the construction, but saw like 6 tennis courts and a couple of ball fields? Nice school. Thanks for the info on Davids site. You have a great memory. And “Our Steelers” – yeah!! Tough deal about the seizures. Is that something that you report to the doctor each time you have one? Complex partial sounds so cool. I kicked his ass and gave him a complex partial cranium cracker. Haha. It sounds like you had a real mess on your hands with the roommates. Glad it all worked out for you guys. OK NY, I better grab this book I’m trying to get through. Talk at cha soon. PS, I don't know what happened to this font and font size. Done it in word. Copy and paste.

LOL!! – NY you are the hootingest of them all. That was so funny. Naw, you don’t owe me an apology. Not important at all. Age is just a number, and you are still my no.1 NY gangster chick pal. To be honest with you, I’m really 16 and still in HS. Can you believe that?  Nah, haha, I can’t pull your leg like that. You know my sons age – so the math……………….….. OH!!  I am old. How depressing, a midlife crisis. Haha. I finally got to see the race. The cup race was on while I was at work, but I had it recorded, and sped through it to see the highlights, but I got to catch most of the Nationwide race. Carl had a bad day eh? I hated it more that he didn’t do so good in the Nationwide race, but the season is still young. You are right on target about the Texas race. It is usually boring, in my opinion. Gordon and Johnson were going really at it. That was nice. That wreck was unusually loaded with the bigger stars. If it would have happened a half lap earlier, Kyle and Junior was in the mix. Yeah, that Kasey Kahne thing, really sounds like a mess. What do you think they will do?  I’m betting Kahne will drive for Stewart (Hendricks Satellite Team = 4 car rule) next year. Oh – The Dr., He gave me a physical. Need to lose a few lbs. I knew that was coming, since I put on a few and kept them. But anywho, I have been having a few problems with getting exhausted and shortness of breath. Usually been in pretty good shape, active, etc, but never eat right. You know fried bologna, taters, 5 guys burgers and fries. They ran an EKG, whatever that stands for, and it was good, and they ran another test putting me through a “donut like machine”, something to look at the heart, so we are waiting on the tests back from that, but that’s where they are focused now, so we’ll see. Meanwhile, eat right and exercise more. Great timing since we are ganging up in JC tomorrow night for Italian.

Let's see what else do I have to tell you - oh the room selection was crazyyy. Me and my roommate are living together again next year in a quad and didn't have 2 other people to room with so we figured we'd hope for the best. We're still in the same building because out guy friends are living across the hall from us and it works out really well. So 2 days after we got this all settled, 2 girls found us and wanted to live with us and we met them and really liked them. During this time 2 other girls took the other side of our room and asked us to move out so they could have the full quad and their friends could move in. We told them no, we picked this room for a reason and other people were just about to take your spot. After much arguing those girls moved out and we will now be living with the 2 girls we wanted to live with. Anyways, hahah yeah just try to tag me on your way up north I'm wayyy too quick for you! No no just kidding you would get me for sure!! Also that's hilarious about your son - tell him NY sent him a nice big hello =) I really hope you guys do get to go back to the track in the fall - make sure to warn me so I can watch haha alright it's just about time for the 2nd race to start so I better get going. Enjoy the race, cheer hard for Carl, I'm sorry again for lying to you, and FEEL BETTER BUDDY!!!!! =)

Yeah you are definitely right about karate. It sure does let me relax and let off some steam and it's good to have that class, except when I'm not feeling the greatest hah. As for my graduation date I have something to tell you. I actually lied to you when we first became friends and told you I was 2 years older than I really am. I know =( and I'm sorry I don't know why I didn't tell you the truth, maybe just to make myself not sound so far away in age from you (not that I even know how old you are) hah but I was trying to make it less weird I suppose. So that means this is my freshman year in college and I'll be graduating Oneonta in 2013 and then grad school in 2017. But I promise you that's the only thing I've ever lied to you about hah I hope you aren't mad at me for that. As for the seizures, in Jan/Feb I had two incidents that turned out to be seizures (not fully out shaking ones- they're called complex partial and don't affect the whole brain but these are the ones I have most often) and so the doctor increased my medicine over my Feb break and I can't drive until the end of August =( But oh well what can you do? And on this topic the epilepsy paper was for my neuropsych class - we had to pick a neurological disease and write a paper so I thought epilepsy would be fitting hah.

Hey there Mr. Jeff how are you today? Yeah things are pretty good with me except for my roommate who's super pissed at me right now. How about you? Did you watch the cup race (just ended)? Man that was a pretty boring race until the last few laps. Well boring for us since it was a Hendrick show. The big one was insane - of course it had to take out Edwards who was having a great run. Hopefully he'll do better in the nationwide race though coming up in a half hour. I couldn't believe how Johnson got lucky once again and got up there when he was gonna have to stop for fuel- then he almost catches Hamlin in the last 3 laps. I would have been fuming if he got to him but so happy for Hamlin, especially with the knee and all. Also what do you think about the big Kasey Kahne announcement this week? I'm not liking it too much, I don't want them to ruin him - not that I'm his biggest fan but I don't know I just don't like it. Uh oh I am definitely not glad to hear you're still down! What did the doctor have to say? I sure hope you're gonna survive =) HAHAH that is so cool about you being at my high school on google earth!!! What'd you think of it? I guess they just finished up the construction in the main lobby and apparently it looks great. Also so funny you mentioned Holmes going to the Jets. Last time I was on here I had forgotten to mention it and had already posted 3 things so I went on Ragan's site and left you a thing about that in case you happened to be on and catch that someone updated his site on the little thing where all the recently updated sites are listed. But anyways yeah that's crazy!!! I definitely didn't see that coming but hopefully it doesn't hurt our Steelers too much!

Back to Karate. Hah. I think you are just having a good time with it rather than setting a goal. Am I right? Which that is cool because it is good to have classes where you can just turn it loose and enjoy yourself. I hope you can complete it in time and get your black, if that is your desire. 5 weeks of school? Where did the time go? By the way, when is your graduation date? Probably 2018?  As for us Johnson City visitors, Laser tag has been on hold for a while. Haha. We haven’t went for some time. Believe it or not, the pneumonia is gone but my lungs are still a little screwy. Going to the Doc. In the morning so we will see. Maybe when I make it toward Philly, I’ll tag your ass. No, I’m sure you would kill me. OH! – I was on Google Earth (as you know I do a lot) and looking around in Philly and there is this new feature where cameras come from the streets and you can rotate them and look around as if you were standing in the street. Not sure how this stuff works, but it does. Anywho, I checked out your JC Senior HS. I’m like, “Hey NY, I’m at your HS.” Cool huh? That is the only good story I have for you this time, since all I’m getting done is working and stuff. How did the room selection go? Good I hope. What’s up with the epilepsy paper? Do you have to keep the school updated or something? It has been a while since you had a seizure hasn’t it. OK NY, I better get off here. I’m trying to get this WW2 book finished up. It is a good one. And one more thing – What’s up with the Jets getting Holmes from Pitt?

Anonymous (Sophomore) wrote on Fri, 16 Apr 2010 01:37:34 GMT reply

Hey Hey NY, waaas up?  Hope everything is good with you. Man, I wish you could have found that video. We looked also and couldn’t find it. Maybe it will pop up later. This is what is bad. I usually record all that stuff, but leaving out that morning, still not feeling great, and running behind, I got in a hurry and forgot it. I’ve been kicking my self ever since. I may go back in the fall and do it again, and actually see the race this time. Haha. Yeah, you are so right, my kid is 6’1” and about 200lbs – he’s got a little height on me. So, when we wrestle or what ever, I have to nail him pretty hard pretty quick. I have to keep him in check as long as I can. Hah!!  I’m right with you about Logano last week. The poor guy got pushed around by Keselowski again, but at least he didn’t wreck him this time, and it was for the lead/win. Also, like you said Kyle got together with him in the pits. What are we going to do with Carl? I hope he gains points on Brad in the Nationwide series, especially since I’m a new part time Carl fan. Carl races for the championship each year, but someone is a little better everytime. I just hope Carl beats out Brad. Surely he can. In the cup series, you are right about Newman, good to see him win – out of what we had to choose from. It has been a long time since his last win in the Daytona 500.

As for karate yeah I suppose my goal is black but I'm not sure if that'll happen or not. I think it's set up so that I'd be able to get it before I graduate which would be awesome and I think that because this senior who was a brown belt and is about to graduate just got his black belt. I think the next step up is blue and yeah it'll probably be awhile. Maybe next semester but I'm thinking most likely next spring. I'll keep you posted hah. Also can you believe there's only 5 weeks left of school?! Alright enough about me I keep rambling on what's new with you? Any laser tag lately? Oh probably not seeing as how you've been sick and have been working your tail off at work I'm sure. hah well I hope you have a good story for me next time you post =) Well I'll let you go seeing as how I have my room selection time for next semester in 2 minutes and need to wrap up my epilepsy paper hah have a good night buddy and catch ya soon!

Ok first the nationwide race - wait first the Buescher/Lefler incident. Totally with you on that. That was so uncalled for on Lefler's part. Even the announcers were saying that the first part was no where near Buescher's fault so like you said he definitely should have taken a look at that replay before he went and did that. But Nascar handled it the right way, parking him and putting him on probation. I was happy to hear Lefler say that it was behind them and glad that he stayed away from James this week. But, I wasn't happy with you know who in that race. First, I was fuming when Kyle didn't go on that one restart and caused that 13 car wreck which included Buescher and Braun. Then I was laughing my ass off when he went wayyy too early and got black flagged. Then he comes back and freakin wins!!! That was just ridiculous! I felt so bad for Logano. He had that in the bag. And of course of all people Kyle hit him in the pits on that last stop before the green-white-checker. Ass. Can't complain though since it was a good enough day for Carl and is only 4 points behind Brad. As for the cup race I was so happy it ended the way it did. That late caution was terrible for Riggs I hated it for him but it worked out perfect for my guys and for us in that Hendrick or Busch didn't win! Don't necessarily love Newman but it was good for him to win it.

Yayyyy!!!!!!!!! So glad to hear you're feeling better TN!!!! Sure hope you didn't send any of the pneumonia crap up north!!! Man that's too bad about Martinsville but hey you had 4 more dawgs than I did so lucky you hah - and about the pre-race show I seriously spent like an hour looking for a clip online and couldn't find anything...obviously I didn't see it live haha. But that's so cool you guys were on it!!! Hahaha your son is a hoot! I'm shocked he's that old!! I figured he was little like 5 or 6! And 6'1 wow he's a beast!! Hahah and oh before we talk about this weekend of racing yes I kind of agree with you on the Busch beating Harvick last weekend in the truck series. Harvick is really really starting to get on my nerves. He's getting to be just as cocky as Kyle is. Speaking of Harvick you sure called that about him dropping quick in the points and not performing as well.

PS - I forgot to ask you about the Lefler/Buescher incident.  Lefler is such an ass, him and his stupid mohawk, if he still has it.  Nascar gave Lefler a three race probation, but you would think Lefler would be smart enough to look at the replay before he went back on the track and did something boneheaded. But, I guess not.

The hotdogs were good, but not as good as usual. I only had 4,  hah,  and you are correct, $2.00 ea. I’m right with you on Harvick. Don’t be mad at me but I was even glad Busch beat him this week in the trucks. And with Hendrick, Martin’s not the worst in my book. So Does that keep me on your good side? Hope so. To answer your question about Hamlin – I don’t have a clue how he got all the way to the front. I still don’t think it is possible, but glad he did. What is up with that Gordon? Did you see his interview? He practically admitted to wrecking Matt on purpose. I can’t understand what his problem is with Matt, but Matt needs to take care of Gordon. Oh, don’t worry, Matt will pull the points lead from Harvick. Harvick typically drops in performance after the first few races.  10-4 on Logano. He has been doing better. If Brad stays away from him, maybe he can finish the races up front. I bet you looked tough with that yellow belt, and I’m sure it will take a while to make another move up. What’s your goal? Black? Is the class set up to allow you time to get the black before you graduate? And if not, would you finish after graduation? Also, as far as taking you down, I’ll just reserve the right to brag about being able to do it without actually doing it. Hah!! I’m not a bad ass but I would like to kick the dog doodie out of Harvick, so we could just settle on whooping up on him. Haha.  Thanks a lot for helping me with my . and my “,  . I had an instructor once who said many times, “It’s not always knowing the answer, but knowing where to find the answer.”  Holler at you late NY.

Hey NY, what’ shakin’?  Thanks for the well wishes. The health dept is back in business. Man, that’s the first time I’ve ever had Pneumonia. Bad stuff!! And I’ll remember the Dr. stuff for the future. Haha. RACING – Here’s the scoop. Went to Martinsville Sunday morning, started sprinkle raining about an hour before race time, sat in the rain in a poncho till they called it off. We drove to Roanoke and thought about getting a room, but the weather forecast wasn’t that great for Monday, so we ate and came home and decided to get up early and check out the weather again, and it showed rain. So I figured whatever I did would be wrong, so I just went to work. And as you know they got every lap of an exciting race in. Now, here is where the fun is. Did you by chance happen to see the prerace show on speed?  It is the one with John Roberts, Kyle Petty and Kenny Wallace. We walked to the track and saw the show was taking place. It is a live show. They had this huge monitor for the crowd to watch. Well, we were standing 3-4 people behind Petty and could catch a glimpse of us on TV. My son, yeah he has outgrown the Easter egg thing (but I think he still would enjoy it). Actually he is now 15 and 6’1”. But here is what is funny. Everybody behind Petty and those guys were holding up signs and my son would get on his toes and move his hand over like he stuck his finger in Pettys ear. The people in the crowd were laughing their ass off. I hope you saw it. I called my brother and he was watching it and he got a big kick out of it.

Alright well I better get going, I have chem lab soon clear across campus and it's pouring here. Get feeling better, have a great day and a great Easter if I don't talk to you before then. Is your son still young enough to believe in the Easter bunny? Haha P.S. John Wayne reputation hahah <3

Now how about yesterday!? It was so good to finally see a not Hendrick race, minus Gordon, but it was finally people we could cheer on battling for the lead because who doesn't like Burton and Hamlin? That was terrible though for Burton cutting that tire. I was really hoping for him to hang on for those last 14 laps. But how the hell did Hamlin come back and win?! When Kyle and him pitted at the end I, like everyone else I'm sure, was screaming what the hell is he thinking that was the dumbest move ever! Turn out it was for Kyle haha idiot ruined a 2nd place finish. That last resart was insane too - when Matt went down and got by Gordon I was so excited but of course Gordon got loose and threw Matt into the wall but then somehow Hamlin gets by and wins! As much as I like Denny and as much as he deserved and needed that win I alsmost wish it ended with Gordon winning because it would have meant Kenseth 3rd, Edwards 9th, Ragan 12th and Kenseth with the points lead but oh well. Also extremely exciting day/finish for Logano I was really happy for him. Thank you for the congrats on the yellow belt. Just wore it for the first time today and it was awesome haha and oh come on you know you could still take me down in a heartbeat!! Not sure how long it usually takes to get the yellow, I know it's awhile and you're right it does seem like it was fast but I'm not complaining! Um I think the next belt is blue maybe? An older kid in the class was a green belt and today he got his brown so brown is still a ways away.

Hey buddy what's up down there? Man that sucks I'm sorry to hear you're still not feeling a lot better =( If I was a doctor already I'd come down and try to fix you up! Too bad that won't be for awhile still...hahah. $5 for a freakin water bottle?!?! That's nuts!!! I saw on the Alflac trivia question during the race that the Martinsville hotdawg are 2 bucks so that's not terrible, especially for their so-called deliciousness. Haha no it's no crazy that you pull against Hendrick - you know I'm right there with you!!! I don't know what it is though I like to see Martin do well, maybe not win but definitely win over his teammates. Speaking of racing, did you get to the track yesterday? I sure hope so because that was one helluva race!! Well first, the truck race - I think I missed the first 80 laps which apparently wasn't much and yeah I'm right with you on Hornaday. Sauter had such a good truck and was making a great comeback, it was such a shame.  And again, you're exactly right on what a show they put on in pit road afterwards! I thought Sauter was gonna throw a punch for sure! Like the announcers said though nascar handled that really well letting them talk it out and being right there just in case. Wonder if that'll carry over to this weekend. Also wasn't very happy to see Harvick in victory lane but he did have a great truck.

OH Yeah Stephanie, I forgot to reply about Waltrip. You are right again. I should have asked him about the 55 number. I can't believe that I forgot. MMM!! Where better to get the answer. But on the other hand, the pneumonia was wearing me out. What did you think about the truck race? Sad that harvick won it, and how about that Hornaday? He kind of P'd me off when he wrecked Sauter because Sauter is the kind of guy who would mix it up with (ass)Harvick, and he also had a fast truck. It did make a good post race show when they met in the pits. Well, better go. There still calling for rain Sunday. I think we may go and take luggage and if it rains grab a room and wait on Monday. Have a good weekend.
