Next go to the California Penal Code site, http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/calaw.html , click a checkmark on the radio button for Penal Code, and enter 273.5 inthe search criteria, then click search. Select the section that will include 273.5, then scroll down until you get to 273.5(a). This will describe the offense Mark Steven Foat plead guilty to: "273.5. (a) Any person who willfully inflicts upon a person who is
his or her spouse, former spouse, cohabitant, former cohabitant, or
the mother or father of his or her child, corporal injury resulting
in a traumatic condition, is guilty of a felony, and upon conviction
thereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for
two, three, or four years, or in a county jail for not more than one
year, or by a fine of up to six thousand dollars ($6,000) or by both
that fine and imprisonment."

Obviously Mark Steven Foat plead guilty to a felony as you see this proves. This also proves that Laureen is a liar as she denied over and over again that it was a felony. But Mark was sentenced to reimbursement, community service, 20 days in jail, and 3 years probation

Laureen Foat isembarrassed that her busband beat her up last year and plead guilty to the felony of spousal battery with corporal injury. She tries todown play it, but

Go to the Superior court of Orange County site (http://www.occourts.org/online-services/case-access/ ) and click criminal and traffic case access. Accept the information terms at the bottom of the page, then enter FOAT for last name and Mark for first name, enter the code,, and then click search. The case number with Mark Steven Foat at the bottom. Click on the case number. It will tell you then that Mark plead guilty to PC (penal code) section 273.5(a), and more details of the case. Also disclosed is that his probation was revoked and then reinstated. Laureen keeps him on a string now, as she can complain again and have his probation revoked and back to county jail he will go, where he already has lost his donut 3 times.
