Next go to the California Penal Code site, http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/calaw.html , click a checkmark on the radio button for Penal Code, and enter 273.5 inthe search criteria, then click search. Select the section that will include 273.5, then scroll down until you get to 273.5(a). This will describe the offense Mark Steven Foat plead guilty to: "273.5. (a) Any person who willfully inflicts upon a person who is
his or her spouse, former spouse, cohabitant, former cohabitant, or
the mother or father of his or her child, corporal injury resulting
in a traumatic condition, is guilty of a felony, and upon conviction
thereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for
two, three, or four years, or in a county jail for not more than one
year, or by a fine of up to six thousand dollars ($6,000) or by both
that fine and imprisonment."

Obviously Mark Steven Foat plead guilty to a felony as you see this proves. This also proves that Laureen is a liar as she denied over and over again that it was a felony. But Mark was sentenced to reimbursement, community service, 20 days in jail, and 3 years probation

Accept the information terms at the bottom of the page, then enter FOAT for last name and Mark for first name, enter the code,, and then click search. The case number with Mark Steven Foat at the bottom. Click on the case number. It will tell you then that Mark plead guilty to PC (penal code) section 273.5(a), and more details of the case. Also disclosed is that his probation was revoked and then reinstated. Laureen keeps him on a string now, as she can complain again and have his probation revoked and back to county jail he will go, where he already has lost his donut 3 times.

I kind of liked him bigger too! It kind of fit him. He looked like a big cuddly bear or big kitten. I think he lost weight for himself to be quicker and more competitive out on the floor. Marc is consiberably a lot more smaller. He has worked weight. He got his weight down to 265 and that is only 15 pounds heavier then the very svelte Pau. Considering he was labled the "Big Burrito" when he played for the Luzianne basketball team in his teens. He used to be over 300 pounds. He was 285 when he started with the Grizzlies. Now..He does look slim at 265 and it has helped him and his speed on the floor. I hope the Grizzlies make it to the playoffs actually.

Well...I do not think the way the Knick's and how awful they played last night against the Lakers Marc will even consider going to suck a LOSER team! Lakers killed and walked all over the Knicks last night and in the 4th half no one from the starter bench was even playing. The Grizzlies are much better then the Knicks. At least the Grizzlies put up a fight with the Lakers. Lakers lost two games from the Grizzlies! Like, I said I think Marc is better of staying with the Grizzlies unless, he gets an offer from another team. Just not NY! I'm more then sure Mark is going to turn the Knicks down after the way the played last night. They played like p*ssys!
