Those who guard their tongues keep themselves from calamity (Proverbs 21:23). So we must guard our tongues and refrain from the sinful act of gossip. If we surrender our natural desires to the Lord, He will help us to remain righteous. May we all follow the Bible’s teaching on gossip by keeping our mouths shut unless it is necessary and appropriate to speak.

I hate to go so far off topic, but please read this comment. Do you like gogo music? I love it, which is why i am upset by the fact that Roger Mason Jr., while attending UVA, stole my roomie's gogo tapes after he showed them to Roger late one night. Mitchell, my roomie, stayed in the athletic dorm his freshman year. He came back to his dorm after partying all night, and told Roger about his collection. They listened to some of the tapes and looked at others in Mitchell's box. Mitch went to bed and when he woke up the tape's were gone. If you see or speak to Roger, please ask him about the tapes. I know the guilt must have piled high over the years. Thanks alot and best regards.
