Below is the most ignorant comment on the post.  So women should just work and hand over their paychecks to some dumb ass man who can't do jack shit for anyone??? Get real. Stop dating men who are financially unstable.  If your momma didn't tell you, somebody needs to.  Only an idiotic inept man would be angry about the post because he is one of the ones running around looking for women to carry him like his momma does.  Stop dating these dependent momma's boys.  They jump from one momma to the next.  You become the momma. Feeding them, paying their bills, buying their clothes...lol. WTF???? Who needs that? A real man is responsible.  There is nothing wrong with a woman working and being able to hold her own. Be independent, but don't pick up any new dependents that happen to be dates...that is the dumbest thing you can do.  Be smart about your choices.  Having a dick and balls does not make you a man. Having a brain, ambition and ability to take care of you and yours makes you a man.  Women have lowered their expectations due to such slim pickings when it comes to men. Trust me, there are plenty of guys out there who know what's up and will treat you like a queen. Don't settle for the boy next door when you can have the Man you always wanted in your life. It's worth waiting for.

why would any woman date and marry a man that cannot provide for her and a future family? are we as women so dumb that we think a man should not be financially stable going into a marriage---and if he is, we are gold diggers? how stupid have young girls become to buy into the notion that women should ignore that fact of whether a man has money or not? and why date someone who has nothing to offer besides good conversation and what's between his legs? then you wonder why there is so much welfare, poverty and single mothers going around---just so we can say we are not gold diggers.  unfortunately this girl's relationship did not work out, but at least she chose a man who had some sort of financial stability. she probably saved herself the heartache of wondering who he was sleeping with every night. kudos to her and hopefully, she can settle down with someone else who can be what a man should be and not a penniless, selfish loser with no ambition who can't do anything but wait to collect her paycheck every week...lol. set your sights higher young ladies. stop dating down. it only leads to a path of public assistance and struggle. be wise about the men you choose. a big johnson is not everything---it certainly does not pay the bills.

Most ballers look for trophy wives and as soon as she have a kid or 2 their ready to trade her in for a newer model. They only want women they can trade without a second thought. Many of them fear being taken for their money. Some of them actually want to be loved..others want a trohpy wife. Then there is a percentage who want a man, or both sexes, lol.

The NBA caters to a lot of the players  (especially franchise players) they are sometimes surrounded by people that are yes men and women that do whatever they want. Therefore when they encounter a fairly successful woman who is independent and doesn't self deprecate. Its uncanny and sometimes seen as stubborn, self righteous, and to simplfy it Unattractive.

He is one that I haven't met. So I don't know his story. I do know I wouldn't have liked the feeling of being motified the day of my wedding. I hope she kept the ring ; )

Now that's a flagrant foul.

Former New Jersey Net star Richard Jefferson bailed on his stunning fiancée -- pulling the plug on his posh Manhattan wedding at the 11th hour without even alerting some of the guests, The Post has learned.

The cold-footed forward's decision to ditch onetime Net dancer Kesha Ni'Cole Nichols was so last-minute that some of his oblivious friends had already shown up last Saturday at the swank Mandarin Oriental in Columbus Circle for the $2 million wedding that never happened.

Jefferson -- who was traded in June to the San Antonio Spurs -- dumped Nichols just before the weekend, according to sources.

She immediately called her family and friends to say the ceremony was off.

But Jefferson waited much longer, his friends told The Post.

"He called about two hours before the wedding. It was nuts," said one Jefferson pal.

He never showed up at the hotel, but "all his boys were there," the friend said. "He gave his best friend the Black Amex [credit card] for the night."

Jefferson's guests made good use of the credit card to party on their pal's dime.

Nichols did check in to the hotel on what was to have been her wedding day, and was upgraded to a suite on the 45th floor with a king-sized bed and a Central Park view, according to a source at the Mandarin.

The would-be bride was stunned, but "not entirely caught off-guard," by Jefferson's unsportsmanlike conduct, according to a family friend.

"She just wants to keep this as quiet as possible and move on. She's doing just fine," a Nichols family insider said.

Neither Jefferson nor Nichols responded to requests for comment.

To the person who used the term "jersey chasing nets dancer" - you're a moron. You have no idea what you're talking about and you act as if you know. I think it's hilarious that the picture shown on this site isn't RJ's
fiancee.  This girl is much prettier than the bride-to-be.  I can't
believe RJ fell for a jersey chasing Nets dancer.  Don't these
guys get it?  These girls become team dancers hoping to bed
one of the players, get some money and move on.  Hope there's a pre-nup.  Stupidity bites you in the butt eventually.

He is not gay.  I've known him for years.  You guys need to take it down a notch and figure out something to occupy all that free time.  It's time to put it to bed and shut your pathetic mouths.  Just cause you can't ball, can't get with him, can't do whatever you're hating on him for...doesn't mean you should search the internet for blogs to trash someone you don't know and will never know.  It's beyond lame.
