"If I can't go at the level I try to play every night, I won't go because I won't be helping the team," Horford said.

This is just one of the many things that makes Al a true champion... he could have played just to keep his GS perfect, but he's not selfish like that!  L'ammo mi rei!

Yes, there is no doubt that Al is a wonderful person.  He is kind, caring & compassionate. Not to mention smart, witty and hot! People don't notice all of the wonderful things that he does, how he manages to make other people feel so special and wanted.  Wish I were the one to give him that in return.

I love staying home sick! Especially when the illness is mild... bad enough to keep you out of school, but mild enough for you to enjoy the free time.  De era nina I would color, read and play with my dolls.  But the very best part was having breakfast and lunch in bed with my mother.  We would talk and laugh, and if I wasn't too tired we would play games.  Funny to remember all of those days as being filled with spring's sunlight, living in Washington I know that some of them must have been rain-washed.  Isn't it wonderful how the warmth and tierno of another can create a whole world, separate from this but just as real.  I pray that Al's convalescence is pillowed by comfort such as this.

Al's Diamond dolls agree. He is "THE" ALL STAR. We have already been promoting him for the 2009 NBA All Star game by submitting advertisements to all the Dominican and Latin papers we can. There are an amazing amount of places that have agreed to promote Al.  Did one for Puerta Plata too. We knew he would find it very special that this place holds them in their hearts....  LOVE U AL.... Besitos!

I totally agree with you on the NES.

That is my favorite and my girls.

We read an article where AL said he loves Super NES and that he has sh*t for friend ( my words not his he is loyal to his friends) and that he wanted to play more but they were selfish (my take on it AL was sweet and very nice on their selfishness).

We would love to bake cookies and eat homemade beans and play NES with you AL. That's how we use to spend many a weekend. You are our twin soul Fire TIGER!

Love U Papi!

CHICAGO -- Al Horford was everywhere. Grabbing rebounds, running the floor, picking up loose balls and scoring from the inside. It was the best performance of his career, an effort that kept the Atlanta Hawks unbeaten through six games.

"It shows how deep this team is and we're all unselfish," Horford said. "Not every night is going to be Joe this year like it was previously. Now he has a supporting cast."

"We knew they were a running team, and coach just said to run right back at them and they weren't getting back, so we were getting easy points," Horford said.

Horford outplayed Joakim Noah, his former University of Florida teammate on two NCAA championship teams, by using his strength and leaping ability on the inside. Noah finished with two points and eight rebounds.

Al Horford had season highs of 27 points, 17 rebounds and six blocks Tuesday night as the Hawks remained unbeaten!
